Great all around service
Megan is always great with checking me in and updating status of my vehicle.
Very nice waiting area, bathrooms and all around good service.

My only issue is about the price of the oil change.
My wife and I both get our oil changed here now, but with the oil price increase, we will have to search for a cheaper avenue.
I believe $114 to change two vehicles oil is very expensive.

I apologize to hear that the price of your service you received did not meet your expectations. Management has been informed to address your concerns. Our goal is to continue improving your service experience here at Wilson County  Hyundai, providing you with maintenance that will keep your Sonata worry free and none of the added extras that you would find with most cheaper oil changes. Quality oil with the manufacturer Quaker State 300,000 mile written warranty, all fluid levels topped off and a multi point inspection that assures your valuable investment of worry free driving. I want to thank you again for allowing us to provide you with our automotive services.

Vehicle scheduled in on 3-14-19 at 1:30 P.M. Oil and filter change performed and inoperative trunk lamp was diagnosed as a defective trunk latch to be covered under the 5 year/60,000 mile warranty. Trunk latch had to be ordered and awaiting a call upon receipt of part to correct trunk lamp.

Professional
As I walked in the service station, was greeted. The service manger was courteous, efficient, professional in every regard. Noticed that the service area was very clean and welcoming not just to me but to all who came in. Was shown the waiting room which was laid out invitationally with current magazines, coffee and tea available. The whole atmosphere, generated by the personnel was the kind that you will want to return. The service done on my car was done efficiently and prompt.

Always nice, treat customers well.
Wilson County Motors is a nice dealership to do business with, I've bought two cars there and often use their services despite living 40 miles away. They're friendly, the waiting area is nice, they go over the services and prices, and their prices are not higher than independent shops. When I don't change my own oil, I go there.
