I was disappointed to find out I needed an oil change the day after I got my car back. It had been there a week and could have gotten anything else it needed taken care of if someone had looked into it and communicated that to me. I rented a car for the 7 days. Now I need to figure out a way to get my oil changed when it could have been done painlessly while my van was there. Disappointing.

This was our first time with Wrench. We had a very expensive problem. Ben explained the problem to me and then kindly explained again to my husband. He explained in a way that was understandable and did not put pressure on us as to what problem to address first.

Dan said the business is a little expensive, but the service there is good.

Wrench performed as promised and expected.

Spoke with Chia. She said there was only one problem. The business said the vehicle would be ready by 2 and it was not ready until 4 or 5. This caused a problem as they had to pick up their daughter from school at 3.

Norbert said their opening hours were too late for his convenience. He had stopped in before going to work at 8:00 am but they were closed. They did a fine job though.

I have been very impressed with Wrench for their customer service and quality work however the price always seems too high. From what I can tell, the hourly rate is a fair value for the service they provide but the markup on parts is difficult to justify for many repairs.

I felt overall a perfect job was done putting the new winter tires onto wheels I had in storage, but the estimate given was way off as the pressure meters were forgotten on the estimate. It was a hit to my budget but the work was perfect.

Greg said the service was great. He is going back because the air conditioner and the heater are not working. They were working before. They are going to take a look at this.

Spoke with Cheryl. She said they were happy with the service provided by the business. The cost was more than what they had expected.

This is the first time I have done business with Wrench. They were professional, competitive & did the brake disc & pad job per my instructions. Will do business with them again in the future.
