Brian, thank you for the feedback. I apologize you were not satisfied with the oil change and tire rotation that was completed on your vehicle.
I have tried to reach out to you via phone to speak about your service. If you would like to give me a call or email I am happy to discuss this further with you as wer are always looking for ways to improve our service department.
Our body shop brought the vehicle here and asked us to perform an oil change and tire rotation on your vehicle. We performed those services and returned the vehicle along with the inspection form back to the body shop within an hour of it being here.
Again I apologize this service did not go as you expected.
