Great first experience
Came in due to my A/C not working right, Tim, at the desk, was very friendly and explained all the steps they would take prior to starting. I liked that he went through the entire process letting me know exactly what they would do and our hopeful outcome. Every technician I saw and spoke to was polite and friendly. They made me feel welcome also. I definitely got a friendly feeling and that they appreciated our business.
We will definitely return and had a great first visit. Thank You!!!!
