Spoke with Bob. He said that he came into this business for a tire rotation and they told him that he needed an alignment. While they were performing the alignment a sensor got knocked off and they had to restart the process. He is not upset with this business and does not feel it is their fault that the sensor was knocked off. The only thing he was dissatisfied with is that he had to reschedule an important meeting. He said that the alignment did not fix the knocking sound in his front end so he feels that he paid for an alignment that he did not need. He said the personnel at this business are good people.
