My 2003 Camry suddenly had its "CHECK ENGINE" light turn on and my brake
lights also started flic
kering on intermittently when I park on a hill. So I took my car the next week to Pacific Auto to have it checked out and do an oil chsnge too. I drove my car and parked in their customer area and gave my car key to Paul to do a quick look over. But the engine would not not turn over. I had to leave my now dead car at Pacific Auto. I called later and was inform my starter was broken & had to be replaced. My check engine light is on because of a leak in the Evaporative Vacuum System. I also needed a new brake petal stop light swtich. and the the shoes in my Drum brake linings are worn and need to be replaced. I gave Paul the go ahead to order the parts and to start the work. This was Thursday afternoon so my car maybe ready by Saturday. Got a call from Paul on Friday during lunch and, to my surprise, was told my car was all fix and ready for pick up. Instead weekend with no car, I had my wheels back. This was an unexpected surprise. Pacific Auto did an excellent job fixing my dead car.
