Brought my son-in-law's Scion in for an inspection, and whatever services the inspection indicated we should have.
The folks at Cook's were their usual helpful, competent selves. We got two new tires, brake pads and
rotors, wheel alignment, and a couple of air and engine filters. The work was done by mid-afternoon so, as is my usual experience with Cook's, we did not have to leave the car overnight, which, when you have two cars for 5 people, is a god send. The staff changes a lot, based on my experience, but whoever is on duty is always personable and friendly. It is a pleasure doing business with Cook's, and I plan to continue doing so. I recommend them to anyone looking for a good mechanic you can trust.
