Very reliable car

A real highway car loves the open road gas mileage increases Drove from NYC to Pittsburgh Pa 7 hours wonderful feeling City driving not so good gas mileage decreases Very well made Style similar to newer models Lots of storage space an if you like can upgrade Navigation system

One of the most reliable ever

I bought the MDX way back in 2005. It was an off lease 2002. This is a community vehicle in a sense. Eight different people have used it at one time or another. Very comfortable on long trips. Very nimble for city driving. Bought it with 63,000 miles, now has 193,00 and still going strong.

Reliable for 17 years and counting

I like reliability. I have gotten every penny spent out of it and more. I got it when my son was born and now he is driving it himself. It has protected him and allowed us to travel miles across the country as well as transport many members in team sports. The only major issue over the years was replacing the transmission but hey with the miles on it that has paid for itself as well. Anything you keep long enough is bound to need a major repair.

Love it; no regrets and would buy the same vehicle again.

We've had our MDX for 15 years now, with only minor maintenance required. We have no plans to trade it in, and expect to keep it as a classic. The design of the newer MDX's and the interior capacity has greatly diminished from the models on the market during the first few years. When we first were looking to buy, we compared this vehicle with a Lexus SUV for the same price and the MDX won out.

My Acura Still Going at 15!

Great Utility vehicle, we love the body style and beautiful interior. The transmission however seems to be the one thing that is deficient, especially in hot weather. Our mechanic in TX says they have a tendency to overheat and go out. We have had the transmission replaced twice. Moved back to CA, where the extreme heat is not a factor, so hopefully we will get a few more miles out of this car which is currently over 236,000 miles.

Great car

I purchased my 2002 Acura new and in September 2016 with 319,000 miles the car is still running great. Absolutely the best car I have ever bought and I have bought a lot of cars !!!!
