Extremely satisfied with my Audi

.. I have owned them since 1970. I think that speaks for itself. They are amazing outstanding performance machines. Nothing like an Audi. Our 2 sons have owned them for years themselves since they learned to drive and earned money to buy their own. Definitely an Audi family. Love my Audi. On the lookout for another one.

Luxury and performance in one

The 2008 Audi A6 is a beautiful timeless car. Even in 2021 my friends are always trying to guess the age of the car because it’s held up so well. Living in the Northeast where snow can amount to a treacherous drive, the all wheel Quattro is surefooted and allows a little play in the tail before correcting itself. I really enjoy the sports mode which awakens the V6 engine making quick shifts and allowing you to hear the nice grumble of the engine. The downside has simply been maintenance cost if you don’t have a trusted mom and pops or Non-Audi dealership to bring your car to. I’ve been quoted for an oil change ranging from $220-250.00 from Audi. Replacing one catalytic converter $1700.00, the battery $327.00. I would recommend an extended warranty if you plan to keep the car past the factory warranty due to cost. For a car this large not having a back up camera is odd, though the mirrors do tilt down to allow for view of curb. Music streaming via Bluetooth also isn’t available though cellular Bluetooth works.

Not a wagon

Just love this car so comfortable and such a joy to drive. Still love the looks both inside and out the metal has a special coating to make it not rust so it holds up extremely well to winter driving.

Best car I’ve ever driven. Most likely won’t drive another car other than an Audi. Amazing In the snow even over 8 inches. Oil changes are expensive but you don’t need another for over ten thousand miles.

Great vehicle all around!

Bought our '08 A6 Avant with the SLine package used with 114,000 miles on it. Had Park Place check it out and they have it 100% clear other than normal wear and tear: tires and brakes which they got done in a few hours for an unbelievably reasonable price! We now have 126,000 miles on her and still drives like the day she drove off the showroom floor!

A6 is great car

Awesome car, not very eco-friendly

I have the car for 8 years and I love how it drives, how it sits on the road and how it handles all kinds of weather. For the time I had the car I had only a couple of problems with it. So, from that perspective is a very reliable car, that didn't required to much money outside of regular maintenance. My only complaint with it is that the gas mileage is on the poor end, 20mpg on average. I think it could benefit from and 8 gear transmission versus the 6 gear it currently has.
