Awesome car to drive. Some mechanical challenges after 70K miles

Audi is 50/50 as far as maintenance. I’ve known people that just did oil changes and nothing went wrong with the car. I also know people (me) that had big repairs every year for 3-5 years after 70K like door locks, wiper pumps, sun roof screen and roof, tailgate, a/c, pumps, etc.

My Audi Q5

I bought my red 2010 Audi Q5 back in August of 2010, brand new. I Love my Audi and anyone that sees it tells me it’s a nice-looking car! It’s taken very good care of me over the last 9 years. It’s a very reliable vehicle. :)

Audi Q5 review

Overall a fine vehicle. The infotainment system is in a poor location and the navigation system is not as friendly as I would like. I had to have all 6 injectors replaced just before 100,000 miles. I also replaced the water pump,thermostat and steering arms at about 95,000 miles.

My Q5 3.2

This has been a great riding suv as I expected, but also as any other German made vehicle, they are high maintenance. It’s been very reliable for our use but with premium fuel going up, it’s expensive to run.
