Just love it. So pretty, quiet on the road, comfy. Went with this model year to avoid the full color, video game display on later models. You can keep that distracting and annoying feature. I’m driving!!!

Not the greatest

Its a rough ride, not much torque ought. For a Cadillac I expected more. Even though its a smaller and more on the compact side I still expected some level of comfort from the brand. I ve always love caddies but this is a disappointment.

2012 Cadillac SRX

I love it. I wish I could afford to buy a new one. It has the most features of any vehicle I've ever owned (even cooled seats). It's very comfortable, has LOTS of headroom, fun to drive, has lots of power for a 6-cylinder, and the gas mileage isn't bad either, I consistently get 18+ miles per gallon around town. A hybrid would be nice because of the gas mileage, but that wasn't an option when this vehicle was new.

I hadn’t planned on getting this model or make. After driving serveral other types, I was offered this one. Once I drove it, the others paled in comparison! No problems since day 1!!! I told my cousin it was built on a Wednesday, she said,”How do you know?” I told her that it had never had any issues!

First Cadillac I’ve ever owned AND ‘We’ (spouse and I) really like it! My spouse gave it a ‘test drive’ and said “I want to buy this car”! Very Comfortable for four adults and great amount of cargo space

Yes, bought it because it’s a Cadillac and it’s so pretty but it’s also a dream to drive. Such a smooth ride, quiet and very comfortable. Really like the metallic black paint. Turning ratio is amazing. I can park in the most difficult spots, no problem. LUV

Cadillac in cost but not quality

This vehicle (which is no longer in production because of its mediocrity) appears to have been a GM attempt to enter the luxury SUV market. Well it has a harsh ride. Not good ground clearance and will only seat three in the back if those three are small size folk. Handling is like a wallowing boat.....so it takes a lot to drive.......luxury——yea to the dealerships commissions.

Worst vehicle ever

I have owned many different vehicles. This "luxury" experience was anything but. From the vehicle maintenance cost and frequency to the poor dealership service, you would be better served to walk. If you can get in for service, don't expect follow through or any needed follow up. There is constantly a service need and even issues with service advisories are a chore to have corrected - unless you want to shell out the $$. One year of ownership was enough for me. My "certified per-owned" was a certified lemon!
