Cadillac SRX

I love my car. Unfortunately I had a flat and cannot understand why there is no spare tire. After roadside came my car had to be flatbeded to my dealership. It was late at night I am a woman and it was very uncomfortable. If there were a spare it could have been changed and I would not have had to wait. I am very disappointed. This may deter me from leasing another SRX. I have leased three. Thank you.

Cadillac 2014 SRX

I have owned Mercedes, BMW, Acura and Lexus. The Cadillac SRX is the best vehicle I have owned. From great comfort and surprisingly easy technology, the SRX has been a fantastic vehicle. I have been impressed every step of the way. Thank you for making an American luxury car I can believe in. Arif Halaby

Comfortable ride

Car is very comfortable to drive .nothing I don't like about it except I had a 2012 also an same thing happened to both cars Roof got a leak and I didn't know it and the trunk started not opening so that was an expensive fix .also the headlight goofed up on both vehicles 2012 warranty fixed and on 2014 they sent out a paper saying they would fix but I didn't get it then it was to late for them.to fix and then I had to pay.This in its self makes me.rethink getting another cad not sure yet those are 2 big expensive fixes.Other than that I love the car.

Really like and enjoy this vehicle, size just right, safety features terrific, push-button start a joy. Major complaint, power seat adjustments limited, difficult to set at a truly comfortable position plus seats are very uncomfortable compared to Acura MDX I drove for years. Seats are hard, no padding. Rear seat leg room poor.

Cadillac review

Excellent car. I have the performance package and love it. MPG is terrible, but I expect that. Only downside is limited visibility out of side and rear windows. This is my daily driver and I would recommend it. Holds four adults comfortably.

Ok sometimes

Vehicle seems to have a lot of service issues. Not always large, but just an annoyance and another trip to service. We are lucky we bought the extended warranty. Would not really think about buying another new or used.

Brand not quite what is used to be.

Car is ok. Cadillac standing by warranty is a huge disappointment. Recent issue with headlights dimming resolved after the fact due largely due to a class action lawsuit. Lexus IS the other car in the family and the brand performance is much stronger.
