Love my truck

My truck is just like my kid. I take care of her and yes I said her because she’s my girl because she gets me from point a to b. This is a perfect vehicle for travel. Very good for highway miles also. I’ve learned that if you take care of your vehicle , it will last longer for you.

Love my Avalanche. Great towing vehicle I’ve had for about 10 years,has giving great service. We have driven all over the USA and Florida for 5 years. It is comfortable for 5 people and has nice styling

Greatest Truck

I bought my Avalanche new in 2002 and I can say I have had pretty much only scheduled maintenance done on my truck or normal wear. I will drive it until she drops. Only in the last year has it started losing some oil. Still has original transmission. It has a little over 192000 miles on it.

LOVE MY TRUCK!

I love my truck and I can't let it go because it's a great truck. I'm sad they are no longer making anymore. Best vehicle I have owned and she is still going. I'll do what I need to keep it going. I like it as it has style and grace which fits me.

Love my truck. It has always taken care of me. There have been issues but once addressed it’s been great. I have an XUV truck cap and that has made it even more useful. I can carry most everything. From flowers to plywood.

Rust proofing didn't work well, but 146000 miles & still going strong.

They should have had better rustproofing . Great vehicle. Wish they still made them. Rides like a luxury car. VERY functional. Great in any weather especially in the snow belt. Very dependable. I'll drive it till the body falls off.

I don’t know how many were manufactured and sold but based on the minimal maintenance I’ve had with mine I’m disappointed Chevrolet stopped manufacturing Avalanches. I would most definitely purchase another when needed if they are available.

One of the most faithful, easy & fun to drive, incredible truck that fits everything I need: my dogs, gardening plants & flowers... EVERYTHING fits in beautifully! too bad Chevy no longer manufacturers this model, I’d buy a new car to upgrade my older one... LOVE MY AVALANCHE!!

This vehicle has been wonderful since the very beginning. It is a comfortable ride on the highway and I love the versatility. Mine now has 236k miles and is running strong as ever. I have had very few repairs.

2002 Avalanche

Love my truck. Will keep it as long as possible. Has almost 220,000 miles. It has only broken down once. And it was a fuel pump. Mileage was over 200000 at the time. I've a XUV SnugTop on it and it makes it so very versatile. Thank you. Laura W.

Best family vehicle ever

And, it’s the best, most reliable, maintainance free vehicle I’ve ever owned. It handles, rids and performs like the family car yet it has a full 8’ pickup bed, full trailer towing capability, and is a pleasure to drive.

Avalanche

Having a father who sold chevy for 25 years, and I have had no less that 30 cars in my lifetime, VW to Ferraris, and this vehicle will be my last as you can imagine with 380,000 + miles on this 17 year old model has become part of my EVERYDAY life with pleasure. Sorry they stopped making them so others would not experience the pleasure I have received in its ownership.
