I Love My 2012 Camaro

I purchased my Camaro used from a local dealership and aside from a few minor quirks which will soon be resolved I love this car. It is an LS model with a 3.6L LFX engine with a 6 speed standard tranny. It outputs approx 324hp to the rear wheels. The quirks that I spoke of are a slight pause in throttle response (1 to 2 sec) which I am told is normal for a drive by wire system however being a former heavy line mechanic I know that every drive train can always perform better with a few mods and adjustments, which I intend to take care of soon. Otherwise the car looks and performs great.

2012 Camaro

It's perfection on wheels ! It has everything , does everything , ( except make pizza) handles great , decent mpg, the downside, blind spot needs a needs getting used to, tires not so easy to find due to front and back are not the same, other than that , car rocks!!

I love it! Really no issue for 7 years! My wife loves it but next purchase wants the big V8 6.2 455HP. Do not make the same mistake and discontinue again. We will definitely buy another as we love the convertible!

My beast is back!!!!

I can't express my gratitude in having my car fixed and diagnosed properly.other mechanics and businesses are either unprofessional or don't care for their customers,and I'm writing to this through my recent experiences when I needed help in fixing my Camaro.now all I can say is if anyone needs a reliable, professional and upfront fix for your car,come down to Allied and see for yourself and you will not second guess in finding a group as good as Allied.

Love this car….

Car is a lot of fun to drive, but being a convertible there is a lot of road noise. I put on flowmasters so it has a nice roaring sound when you accelerate. Merging onto a highway is easy as the acceleration is fantastic, even with the 6 cylinder.

Gorgeous car!

True running beast! Very sound and tight! Plenty of horse power with only putting very little after market parts on it. I did change the appearance to make it to my taste and to give it a unique look for me.

2012 Camaro

Wonderful car. I have owned over 50 cars, trucks, and motorcycles. Most of them have been muscle cars, including 3 Chevrolet SS’s, 6 GTO’s (still own 2), Covettes (still own 1), 3 Mustangs (still own 1 GT), 2 Grand Prix’s, 2 Trans Am’s, Impala, Bel Air, Malibu, Porsche 928, El Camino, K5 Blazer, Ramcharger, and numerous other cars, trucks, and motorcycles. If I made a list of my favorite vehicles, it would probably be in my top 5. Of the cars that I have had, I would definitely put the 2012 Camaro in my top 5.

2012 Camaro LT

I have had my Chevy Camaro LT coupe since 2013. Only drawback to the LT model is the lack of a rear view camera as standard. Rear visibility is limited at best, parking without any camera is next to impossible. I added a rear view camera which helped greatly. Car gets good mileage.

Camaro engine problem

They are having engine problem, the lifters are going bad, rocker arm etc. Gm is not doing anything to fix this issue. I will not buy my another gm car. This is a gm issue so do yourself a favor and Stay away from the ls2 engine or even better from gm.
