I love my 08 vette even more than my 1992 vette, which I love.

Little Red Corvette

After 10 years as a daily driver and 90,000 miles the love affair continues. No trouble no breakdowns and it still runs like new. This is a great car and remains fun to drive. The LS engine is a wonderful machine that does not leak and has never failed to start in 10 years.

My Corvette

Great car as a daily driver, sporting about town or up and down the coast. Bought new in 2008, I have not had a problem and it is still going strong despite having 98,000 miles. The power still gives me goosebumps and a quiver in my leg when performance driving is executed. The Vette still exceeds my expectations even after 11 years or ownership.

wonderful car for many years

this is my 58th year in a Corvette. I cannot take delivery of a new one in short order, so I make my C6 last for me. It is a monster, with Lingenfelter top end and makes nearly 600 hp. Having a street car that will run 10.87 in the quarter mile and get respectable(27)mpg makes it a winner.

Naturally aspirated, 505 HP, 6 speed manual, tight handling and brutal acceleration, what’s not to like. The interior shows its age but the performance for the price is incredible. And it is beautiful to boot!

2008 Corvette C6 Z51 purchased new.

My Corvette is a 2008 C6 coup with Z51 performance package, LS3 Engine (436hp, 428 torque) and LT3 Trim Package: Heads Up Display, 2 Targa Tops, upgrade Bose Sound System, 6 Spd. Manual. I love the handling, the responsiveness and braking. The power assisted shifting is excellent. The Hatchback vehicle design provides excellent space for luggage and other stowage I've had very few issues with this automobile beyond regular maintenance. The dislikes are as follows: 1. Intermittent brake noise started after my first Brake Pad & Tire change ... later, I changed both the the rotors and pads on all 4 tires. Yet the noise persists! 2. The transparent top developed small cracks after the first 5 years. 3. The top became noisier as time passes. I do wish the stereo provided song & artists info. until the song ends without having to take your eyes off the road to push a button.

2008 C6 Corvette Z51 LS6 LT3

The C6 is surprisingly roomy. My 6'6" frame fits comfortably. As an aside: the C7 has less leg room and my knees impact the dash. MY C6 Z51 has 436 hp and 428 lb.ft. of torque and with it's short throw 6spd, it is tons of fun on the back roads or as they say, miles and miles of smiles. I am not a fan of skip- shift but I am very happy with the hwy gas mileage of almost 20mi/gal! The amenities are good for the price. The Lt3 provides leather interior, Boswell stereo, customizable heads up display and 2 targa tops (1 transparent and the other with a headliner). Unfortunately, the the transparent top is subject to cracking along the edges. The car has excellent storage for a sports/sporty car. The only issue that I have with the C6 is that it's Not a C8 (LOL). Beyond that, I love my C6!
