Excellent comfort and style

The 2012 Chevrolet Impala has a smooth comfortable ride, gets just over 30 mpg on the highway and has been relatively problem free. It's a quality built automobile.

My Impalla

It is a great car - easy and fun to drive - comfortable - dependable - I enjoy driving it and go on many short trips. May even take a long one!! It has all the plusses that I need . I note that consumer Reports gives the Impala very high ratings, too - so I am not alone!!

My Impala

I really like my car. It is black which despite the fact that it doesn't get washed as often as I like, it still looks good. Mechanically it hasn't given me any trouble. It works well in the snow. The traction control is really a great feature The trunk is really big that can carry many bags of groceries, plus a folding chair, and other miscellaneous goods. All in all it's a really good car.

I love my Chevy Impala LT and it's been good to me for the last 3 years.....as soon as I'm able to afford it tho I'm still in search for my baby....a 2013 Chevrolet Avalanche LTZ!!! But until then it's me and my Impala!

Nice car

It's a nice car. Good for small families. Nice smooth ride. It has great speed and take off. I bought it used. This was my second Impala. I love both of them. I will always love the Chevy Impala. I will recommend it to anyone looking for a good vehicle.

Best car I ever bought. This still owned looking to by another as a second vehicle. Sorry that Chevy is no longer wanting to manufacture this model. Recommend buying this car before they are totally all gone

It's large and spacious. Very comfortable to take trips in. Wife loves the roomieness of the passage seat. Love the large trunk. You would be surprised as to what I can loadin to it. Put the back seats down and I can get 600 lbs of stuff in the car.

This car has been a great ride, comfortable on long trips (18 hours at a stretch) and 30MPG on those trips!

Great car, the only reason to trade it off is that our age and health issues make it hard to getup out of the car. I've always had trouble getting in and out of it, but my wife loves it. Sunroof, spoiler, leather interior, great in the snow.

Rating

This vehicle does it job as it is being used for daily driving car. The American made cars now have improved 90% compared to Japanese cars. I truly love the improvement and are proud to be able to continue using American made cars.

Runs great and drives great. Just not made with the quality of my previously owned Buick. Lots of rattles and noises.

I like it. This car will move swiftly if you tell it to. '12 classic, 3.6L ff, 6 speed, 300hp. Fwd. --- had car now for 100,000 miles. 28k when purchased. Other than ignition recall which I can now remove my keys while the car is running, I've had no problems of any kind. However just replaced injector cyl. 2. Power seat has intermittent issues and won't slide for/back occasionally. And I've gone thru more headlights than I think I should of at this age of the car. Compared to some ppl vehicle stories and/or luck, I think I've got one fine vehicle for it being a rental prior purchasing. If I could only find this exact 1 car brand new again...

Lemon

just the same ol typical complaints everyone has the thing litterally falls to peices at 120,000 miles. And those actuator noises......cant wait to buy a newer car like a Corvette. It also is out ofvstyle now snd no one cares about them. Or do they? Mines for sale ?

Rust

As I understand it Chevy Impalas are known to rust by The doors and I would have thought by 2012 this issue would have been resolved. I have 79, 000 mi on my 2012 and the rest is starting and I'm upset. When I purchased a car in 2016 I'd ask the dealership to fix that because I could tell both doors were already rusted. To my dismay all they did was paint it. That's just a Band-Aid they should have done it correctly. Other than mice making nests in my car quite a few times the car is a good car.
