Good ol reliable

Reliable car, but could do better with fuel efficiency. Has some strange flukes with the engine light coming on when nothing is wrong. All in all, I don't spend a ton of money on maintaining it, and it's 10 years old. Very spacious too. There are some bugs with the Bluetooth and the CD drive ate a library cd

No, I am not selling my Impala!

I purchased my 2013 Impala October, with 12K miles on it, now has just under 100K miles. I have had little mechanical trouble over the years. Yes, I have met several strangers come up to me admiring my car, and then asking if I would sell it to them. I keep it up looking clean and presentable, and with professional mechanics at Jim Murray Auto service, keep it running in top form. Disappointed Chevrolet quit building the Impala. I will own this one, . . forever. I have no desire to own any other vehicle.

A great and affordable car!

I recently purchased a 2013 Chevy Impala from a local dealership and I’m in love with it so far! It is a very reliable car with great gas mileage. I love that you are able to see how low your oil is, your tire pressure, how many miles until you’re out of gas, etc. right on the dashboard. The stock radio and speakers that it comes with are very good quality and comes with a decent amount of bass. It has GREAT trunk space, and if you need more, you can fold down the back seats for extra storage space (it was very handy for moving). The cloth seats are very comfortable and my back doesn’t hurt after driving for a few hours. I only paid about $11,000 for this car, which makes it very affordable, no matter if you’re paying the full amount or making payments. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a reliable car!

Love it

Granted I got it use its 2020 and my car is a 2013 so of course there's a few problems with it, seeings how it's been wrecked and has a salvage title. However it is still a great car Chevy knows how to build vehicles, thank you Chevy!!

2013 CHEVROLET IMPALA

I have loved my Impala from the original purchase in the spring of 2014. It has always handled well on the roads, and I believe it is comfortable to ride in. My gas mileage in the city is around 20 mpg and on the highway about 25 mpg. We have made several cross country trips in the Impala and there have been no issues. The only problem at all over the years has been with the HVAC module.

Comfortable ,spacious, and sit 5 people pretty good.

Love the Impala.Ride great and very comfortable the only thing I wish our car had a backup system.I love the monster service and the phone.Good leg room for a tall person.Great car for traveling and the trunk is large can whole alot.

Brief review of my 2013 Impala.

Love my Impala!!! Long trips are so comfortable. My back support is great. also trunk space can not be beat. No exceptional repairs needed. 130,000 miles now. Plan on keeping it until it can't run anymore.

Good, reliable vehicle

This car holds the road very well and has plenty of power. The heater in the car itself takes about 10 minutes to get the car heated up, other than that, it works fine and the defroster works well, also.

I like my car

I love driving my new car. The ride us smooth and quiet. The car handles well and all of the standard features work well. I especially like the speakers for the radio. I have Sirius XM on the car and I use it every time I drive.

Chevy Impala

My first vehicle was a 1965 Chevrolet Impala with a stick shift. Learned to drive on it, and my wife and I have loved Chevrolets ever since...we have had a Lumina, Chevelle Supersport, Chevy stationwagon, and now a 2013 Chevrolet Impala... good mileage, comfortable, just always feel good in a Chevy.

2013 Chevrolet Impala

I traded a 2007 Impala LS that was in no way a bad car, I just needed something a few years newer and with less miles. The 2013 Chevrolet Impala LT did not disappoint in any way.

Great car except:

There is not much room in the back seat. The trunk is the deepest one I have ever had in a car. I wish some of that space would be for foot room in back seat. I like my Impala very much, except for that.
