The dealership was/is the biggest issue.

The dealership is the biggest problem. Their lack of product knowledge and lying about fixing/repairing two recalls.items/issues. I had to do a "lemon law" report before Jenkins would repair. LOVE THE TRUCK

Issues

Actually love the truck. It's a very frustrating experience trying to get the dealer to fix issues that come up. I had to even file a Lemon Law complaint to get a recall fixed. I don't know if I should get the fix from other then the dealer and then take them to court for my costs.

Silverado 3500HD

It’s a great truck. I like how well my truck pulls our 36’ trailer and the truck is comfortable and easy to drive. It’s stylish yet very functional for what we use it for. I would purchase another one but I’m sure this truck will last until I’m done pulling our trailer.

Not sure what changed from 15 to 18 model but it's like night and day. The 18 rides better is quiter and handles much better than my old 15 highcountry
