Fluke

Ordinarily these tanks are bullet proof. Mine went south before Ever owned it, and had I known the extent of trouble, I would have kept going. For personal reasons, I won't let this vehicle go, but I have well over $20k in it now, and I can only hope I am finished with essential repair bills. Otherwise, it's a beautiful, powerful machine and I intend to keep it that way.

99 suburban ls

This is the best vehicle I’ve ever owned. I bought it for my dog actually about 11 years ago and since got 4 more big dogs. It’s the best truck for anything you need well once you remove that rear seat. Enough room for most anything or sleeping in when you camp. My dogs and I love our suburban

Great service to keep my 1999 Suburban running great

My Suburban is turning over to 268,000 miles. It is just getting worn in. The vehicle has all the features that I want, no more, no less. I do not want the black box and other new features, I want control of the situation. Except for ABS I have all that.

Pry it from my cold, dead hands

Have owned a lot of SUV's (Jeep, Suburban, brother's Scout, father's Jimmy) and this one is it--this particular one is not 4 wheel drive, but it drags the biggest uhaul in hills and wind without a blink, my kayak 6x12 foot trailer is not even there--- power, COMFORT, and reliability (I have rebuilt part of my engine, replaced my radiot but this truck is my work horse--

1999 C1500 LS Suburban

Love the car. I take good care of it and it takes good care of me. I had some concerns about the change in gas since I bought it, but so far it has handled the ethanol with only a couple of miles degradation in gas mileage. I keep it up and have over 275,000 miles on it and do not have a problem taking it on, over bad terrain and even overweighting it. I just go slow in those circumstances.

the "great one"

ok, it eats some gasoline. also eats most other "suv's". 285 thousand miles. safe. not too shabby in the "looks department. wife will not drive it, says it is to large. seats 8 in comfort, pulls trailer, can carry all of college kids stuff for 9 months away from home, i will pay a little more for gas knowing that i will not have to make excuse for not getting job done.

K2500 turbo diesel BEAST!

They just don't make trucks like this anymore. Runs like a champ and just regular maintenance and or repairs and there isn't much this rate suburban turbo diesel cannot do. Why pay $80,000-$100,000. Fora newer one when my 1999 will outperform, out work and is so cheap to keep!? If you enjoy inflated car payments, get something new 'cuz we know you are not using it for "real" work! Get one.....if you can!
