Perfect

The Pacifica is probably the best used car purchase we have made in our 70 years. The vehicle does everything we hoped for and then some. The ride is more comfortable than some of the so called "luxury" cars we have had in the past. Its flexibility in the seats in beyond our expectations. We are impressed with the fuel mileage for a vehicle of this size. I am not sure of what anyone could want in a vehicle that this vehicle does not have. The safety features must be one of the best in the industry.

Pacifica hybrid

I’ve had four different vans and by far this one I’m really impressed with. The only thing that I would change is making the captain seats a little more comfortable my last van was a Honda Odyssey and the seats were much more comfortable than these. And the ability for the back third row windows to open would be ideal for any passengers they get carsick. Currently right now the Toyota sienna and the Honda Odyssey will open but this one does not. Or even if the third row sunroof was open that would be helpful. Other than that this gives me all the other items that I like in a van.

Strong powerful and comfortable

Very well designed vehicle. Strong powerful engine, great acceleration. Lots of storage space. Great accessories and a wonderful very high quality soind system that sounds a lot better than most of the lousy systems I've heard in other minivans. All told highly recommended!

My Pacifica is the best!

Over my lifetime, I've owned and driven many motor vehicles - Chryslers, Lexus, Toyota, Honda and Jeep. They've all been fine in many ways, but our plug-in electric Pacifica is the best! Purchased in 2019, performance has been flawless with rare exception. There are so many things I like about it. It's quiet, comfortable, sports great electronics, delivers a safe reassuring drive and the quality is outstanding. Service after the sale is important to me as well and the Tacoma Dodge Chrysler Jeep RAM dealership comes through every time. The lease expires in under a year. I have every intention of going back for a new Chrysler plug-in electric Pacifica.

Excellent van for travelling around town or across the country

This is my fifth Chrysler van. The Pacifica--replacing their Town & Country--lives up the T&C standards/ride, but takes it a little further. The seats are comfortable, the ride is Chrysler that we expect, and the room inside is very good if you're a tall/big person.

Love my ride

I spend a lot of time in my car as an airport transportation driver who often needs flexibility in seating and cargo. My Pacifica does it so well.! Six passengers, luggage carry ons and car seats no problems. Smooth comfortable ride.

2019 Pacifica

we love our Pacifica. it's very comfortable very roomy you can see everything but it's too low to the ground. I wish that it was like four five inches higher. This is the first car that we have boughten since we have owned SUVs in forever. The difference of the height of the vehicles to the ground is an issue when you live in Michigan with lots of snow. So loved the car , ove the car love, able to see very comfortably. It's a great vacationing car lots of room but it needs to be a little bit higher off the ground. Till you live in a snowy area like we do in the state of Michigan, it needs to be higher. thank you very much have a good day

Perfect Dog Vehicle

I only wish my ego hadn’t kept me from buying a van years ago! I love this car! The amount of room for my two big dogs is incredible plus I still have room for tons of other stuff. This is not just a soccer mom’s car.
