Best next step towards our green future.

Most of my daily driving errands are under the battery mileage limit so the engine only comes on when I take a trip where I can drive 400 miles and fill up again in five minutes. Sorry to see this plug-in hybrid discontinued. I have owned three of them.

Good car for what it was designed to do

This vehicle has be a good steady ride. As a plug-in hybrid it works great for short around town trip with a rang of 18 in summer and 13 in winter. On longer trips it get roughly 42 mpg but that is dependent on heater use and a/c use. It will handle objects up to 9’ like a 2x4. Overall, a very good car.

Vehicle review Ford C-Max

The Ford C-Max is peppy to drive and very fuel efficient but has a short electric usage, limited mileage and time. It’s comfort and features are equivalent to a standard fuel type vehicle. I would have no issue with driving an electric vehicle with a longer duration/ trip capacity as long as it has the torque and speed of the C-Max.
