2013 Ford C-max hybrid 4 door sedan

This is my first Hybrid car and I am very pleased with the car in general. It was the easiest car for my physically handicapped wife to enter due to the low door sill. The rear seat area is large enough to accommodate two adults and still have room for a wheel chair to be placed in the rear storage area. It is the most maneuverable car I have ever owned and the acceleration is great due to the light weight of the car.

So far so good!

Only had our 2013 SEL for 4 days. Bought with 46k mi. Pre-purchase inspection scan turned up an electronic door “code” that dealer agreed to fix as this issue was out of warranty. Main critique of 2013 C-Max is the less than advertised fuel efficiency that comes in closer to 41 than the orginally advertised 47mpg. Also, there have been recalls for such important safety features as child door locks and alarms when doors are open and vehicle is operational. So, other than these buggy door and MPG issues we are happy with our car. However, tall drivers over 6’3 may want to be sure they have enough leg room before buying.

Review of Our 2013 Ford C-Max SEL

My wife and I really like our Ford C-Max. From the solid handling, excellent pick up power to a very quiet and ergonomic interior. We really enjoy all the options that comes with the SEL package as they are fun to use and trouble free.

Best car I ever had

My c max is just right for short people (me) I enjoy driving it as I'm sitting high enough to be able to see out comfortable, the seats are just right to slide in and out of
