Gonna miss her

Inherited from grandmother. Paid very little for it & it was always reliable. Comfortable and very smooth drive. Great for highways. V8 gave it plenty of power. Had immense space in trunk. Ample space for headroom & legroom

Crown Vic - Land Yacht with high city mpg

This car is 14 model-years old, runs with as much or more comfort than a Lincoln Town Car of Cadillac Deville (I've owned both)... and is quiet, sure, and gets 21 - 22 mpg in town on Michelin Defender tires. Understated luxury. Try to find one. This is not the police cruiser or taxi model, but the LX with every option available in 2003.

2003 Crown Victoria LX - CLASSICAL

All the options except sunroof and digital dashboard. With Michelin tires on it, and the recent engine work, it runs so smoothly, and quietly, and gets approximately 22 mpg in my everyday around town driving, and 27 mpg highway. Equipped with trailering package, when we haul the pop-up camper the mileage is slightly less, but that is to be expected. ROOMY, QUIET, all the luxury appointments available on any vehicle in 2003. A great used-car find. Will need re-painting due to the clearcoat flaking but then it is thirteen years old. Handling is excellent, and do I need to tell you about the trunk and interior room? Couldn't be happier with this vehicle. It has more options than the 1984 Cadillac which we owned for 13 years "back in the day."

CROWN VICTORIOUS

When this car performs it performs well, the 2003 police interceptor has a spartan but functional interior and exceptional performance. The 2003 Crown Victoria has given me very little problems but tends to perform better in warm weather as opposed to the wintry months.

Crown Vic are missed

Solid good basic cars. Bought a 2003 in 2012 with 132000 on it for 4250 drive out! Still driving it. Has 205000 now. Have only put about another 4000 in it (other than gas of course) since then. Only been towed once. Fuel pump. Cheap parts. Easy to work on. Comfortable.

This is my fourth Crown Victoria

My fourth Crown Victoria since 1987. I would be getting a fifth if they were still in production. I’m hanging on to my 2003 CV, as long as I can. It has 97,000 miles (17 yrs old), so I believe I’ll keep it running for a while.

Best used car for the money.

Greatest product ford ever built. The panther platform is the longest produced and most upkept of ford's production vehicles. The last body on frame design. Provides the utmost in vehicular protection as well as predictability.

Most reliable car

We bought a 2003 Crown Victoria new 20 years ago and love it for many reasons. It is a quality, reliable and safe car with plenty of room and very comfortable. It handles superbly. It was a great looking car when we bought it and 20 years later is still a beautiful car. It’s a style that never gets old. We’ve never had a major problem with it. The spare tire is full size, not the dinky kind they put in cars now and there is still plenty of room in the trunk. I would buy another one if they still made them but we plan to keep this one forever.
