Cheapened and less features
Ford cheapened the interior beyond belief. My 1st Escape was wonderful. This has less interior features fewer usb ports less storage, smaller lumpy seats, removed some radio features noisy, less insulation in roof , clunky engine/ transmission and worst of all the upgraded adaptive cruise control is scary and dangerous. It tries to drive for you and sometimes is confused by other vehicles next to you or road changes such as a new lane added so it tries to move you into another lane where a car already is. Told this is normal, a feature. I do NOT need features that put me in danger
