Ecoboost Sucks

Unreliable engine, never again. Has the looks but is not reliable as far as maintenance. In shop more than on the road. If you buy one purchase extended warranty, a must. No worth a new car note. Next one will be a Chevy.

There is only one thing I don't like about my F-150

I was convinced that the Ecoboost was the best engine to buy. I will tell you that although it runs well, I had better gas mileage on my 5.8 V-8. I am very upset with that. On a trip to the Ohio flat lands, on the turnpike, the best I can do is 14.9 MPG. That is totally unacceptable.

Nice truck but had repair issues.

Bought this from a dealer who wouldn’t honor the warranty to make repairs to the transmission. They couldn’t even figure out the problem, I had to. Had it repaired at a transmission shop for 650 $ At 90k the heater quit working and it cost 500 $ to have a 40$ part replaced deep behind the dash.

It’s a Ford, not a Toyota is a better truck have to work on it some, didn’t have to work on my Toyota at all, but it does get the job done, I like the 4x4 of it, I would buy a Toyota truck before I buy a ford

Love the truck, but it's not perfect

Overall - awesome. Only issue is the transmission. When accelerating out of a downshift, it seems to be sluggish and in the wrong gear sometimes.

Ford F150 XLT

The 9nly reason for not getting five stars is Ford's mediocre pulling power and just like all trucks, pricey.

2014 F150

If I had to do it all over again I would have made sure I had some type of rear window option. Can't drive down the road with the windows down and carry on a conversation. The first set of front tires on this truck wore out quickly and had an unusual wear pattern on the inside of the tire. Third set later I have never had the problem again.

Overall a great truck but a lot of "little nagging issues" with it.

Overall al smooth, comfortable, and dependable ride. There's a few design and/or build quality issues though; The fuel inlet regularly triggers warning lights (started happening in the 1st year, but it would go away for a while and then come back so did nothing about it right away), eventually had to replace the whole fuel inlet (not cheap), the A/C actuator under the dash goes bad regularly, the 12V car charger ports are poorly secured and they come out (made of very weak/cheap plastic). The jack & accompanying tools for the spare are of lowest quality, no cup holders in middle console area, and several small electronic "bugs" in the displays.

Dependable with a smooth ride

Dependable with a smooth ride. I was so happy to get my truck. The leasing company that owned it previously took care of it and I am now over 250 K miles. Overall the truck runs good. I need to put access runners on the side so my family can get into the truck. My biggest challenge is finding a Phone holder that fits into these oddly useless cubicles at the dashboard area.

Dependable & worth the investment

I bought in 2017 as a leased truck w/ 120+ miles on it. It has been dependable, with few repairs. I’m on the road a lot after 5 PM and it feels good to have a solid vehicle while you’re on the unknown roads. My only sticking point is That there’s little to no area to put my phone holder. I’ve gone through several styles that did not work in the long run.

better than my jaguar

I have always had ford pickups except for my first one which was an international so now I am dating myself. This truck is the best for a v6- turbo-eco it has plenty of power to pull my 3 horse trailer. The ammenities (King Ranch) are very nice....in fact I prefer this truck over my luxury Jaguar.....beside I can throw a bale of hay in the back. Love this truck!

I'am a long time owner of ford trucks, I have purchased at least 12 trucks since 1982 from Mallon, and now one from Lakewwood ford Thanks!

Great vehicle

Superb ride, outstanding driving characteristics, reliable, tough for the rough highways and streets. Has long legs with the 36 gallon fuel tank. arrive at destination rested.

2014 F-150 Supercrew

Excellent vehicle that offers dependability day. In my opinion, the 5.0 engine is recommended for pulling a trailer with any amount of weight. Vehicle is very roomy and handles and road condition smoothly. My only concern is the inadequate sound system that came with the package in my vehicle. Also the lack of inputs for Bluetooth are limited to only one. All in all I am very satisfied with my 2014 F-150 Supercrew.

The Best Truck

Really love my F150. Rear wheel drive with full cab. 3.5L turbo has a lot of power. Best purchase and would get another.
