Excellent car for being 26 years old & only major repairs is clutch replacement 10 yrs ago

My 1998 Mustang has been my best car ( over 55 years) I'm the 2nd owner & the original owner didn't have any repairs. A clutch replacement & new brake pads once or twice is all I've done in the past. I just recently repaired the a/c & the fuel pump & gas gauge. The only complaint I'd Have is the paint job is looking pretty bad... However, it's expected for 26 years of hot California blazing sun.

I drive a 1998 Ford mustang V6 3.9 it's a pretty nice ride. Lots of room. Drives great. I love the body style. A huge trunk, and the back seats come down. Another nice feature I like is the trunk release is in the glove box.

98’ Pony

I bought my Pony in the fall of 1999 brand new. It is everything I ever wanted in a Mustang. My first Mustang was a ‘68 hard top I bought in ‘82. My second car was a ‘78, stick with T tops. My 3rd car was a ‘88 Mustang I bought in 92. And my first ever brand new car was this one. And she’s my pride and joy. I will have her forever. I’m a Ford girl. I also have a 2012 Escape with only 30,000 miles. My Pony only has 91,000 miles and is only a fair weather girl. I’m so glad Ford never sold the Mustang to Japan.

Bald eagles?

I bought this car as a project car, has rust, done mechanical problems but with the money spent I feel like every dime was worth it. I can’t wait to fix the mechanical problems and start putting performance mods into it.

Mustangs reign superior

I’ve owned a 1968 coupe, 1978 Mustang II with T tops, 1988 5.0 and my only car I’ve ever bought brand new, 1998 Mustang GT convertible. I have always owned Fords and have never regretted them. Best built cars world over

Fird Mustang convertible GT

Absolutely love mine. It’s 21 years old with 92,000 original miles. She’s my baby and I’ll have her forever as my fair weather car. She fast, she’s sleek, she’s sporty and I get compliments all the time.

Love my car!

She has almost 200,000 miles on her. She has after-market parts that make her powerful! Runs like a beast! Love the body style. With regular upkeep, you can't go wrong with this particular car. Lots of compliments.

Great Power and Performance for the Money

These cars are a great bang for your buck. It is not only straight line performance, but the whole package. Comfortable but firm suspension, 13 inch brakes, and smooth shifting are some of its best attributes. Not to mention is you want to burn a little rubber it will do that in abundance. Aftermarket parts are readily available and budget friendly. The only downside I can report are the seats are a little soft for hard cornering. Overall a great ride!

My Ford Mustang

Everyone is shocked when i tell them my Mustang is almost twenty years old. It's classic looks never go out of style. I also make sure that my Ford Mustang gets it's regular checkups and is properly maintained. It's probably going to last me, forever!
