G70

Having issues and dealer not able to figure it out. Hyundai dealer wasn’t upfront about no longer servicing the genesis cars. Very disappointed. I would not recommend a Genesis to anyone as there’s not enough dealerships in. It looks like there’s some reliability issues as my controls weren’t working when I first got the car and now another one is not working and they can’t figure it out after having the car for over a week. The dealer has been unresponsive and not calling me back as well.

Bait and Switch

They made me buy LoJack as a condition of sale. I wanted the car, voiced my opposition to this nonsense, but they insisted if you want the car, you buy LoJack. I should have left then. Multiple L front sensor problems. Terrible Service experience. Promise a lot at dealer -- they don't deliver.

Love my G70 3.3T. More bang for the buck.

Had my G70 for a year now. Love the styling. The car turns heads and I have caught people checking it out in the lot where I park for work. Get the 3.3T. It is super quick and responsive when you hit the gas. The interior is comfy and the controls are easy to use. Overall, it is just a fun car to drive.

Red G70

Love our new red G70. Many compliments all the time on color and beautiful styling. Handle great. Cons may be a slight oversteer on highway and not quite as insulated from noise and bumps as Audi or Mercedes. But for $15000+/- less you just can’t beat the value and pride of owning this beautiful car.

Exactly what I wanted

I’m a pretty investigative consumer, and it’s difficult to beat a G70. It’s best in class performance, sharp looking, with a great interior and a warranty as well. I considered a Lexus, BMW, and others, but I kept coming back to the G70, and I haven’t regretted it once.

2022 Genesis G70 Launch Edition

Styling and performance of the 2022 Genesis G70 are excellent. Interior of the 2022 Genesis G70 is excellent. Screen system is a bit complicated to use. Required, wired Apple CarPlay is very annoying given size of console area. Choice of darkened chrome trim design is questionable given the quality from that supplier.

Lovely vehicle

So far this vehicle has been fun and reliable to drive. Looking forward to see how it holds up of the the next few years. The audio system is great, and the drive train is pretty decent. I do think that the tuning is being held back some, but I'm still impressed with its output.

Overall it's great

Vehicle rides great and looks great definitely like the drive modes you get with it you can definitely feel the difference which is lovely i have a few minor problems with the dark chrome fading on the driver side which is weird it's the one side the sun hits the lease and vibration when mild to heavy accelerating it rides smooth but anything over like 4000rpm it has some decent vibration and then when flooring it shifting from 6th to 7th a mi or jerk

Wonderful mid level luxury sport car!

I can't say enough good things about my Genesis. I have the G70 3.3T Year 2022. I feel that 4 door cars are a bit difficult to look sporty, just my opinion, and I think Genesis (and Hyundai- the Sonata Sport) do a great job doing that. I feel safe in my car, there are tons of different settings to make your driving experience more customized. After having the car for a year, the interior has held up with just monthly cleaning. (I got stuck with the beige interior because it was all they had when I bought my car, I would have preferred the black) The cooling seats, heated steering wheel/seats are now something I would prefer not to go without on a future vehicle. I like the alert system feature if something is malfunctioning, however I have only gotten one alert for low tire pressure one time. The noise level when windows are down is good, that was a common problem with Hyundai, but not with this Genesis.

G70 A Super Car at a Super Price

The G70 is a wonderful combination of power and luxury. It is almost impossible to believe you can get this much care for such a low price. Genesis' combination of great looks and superior acceleration deliver the ultimate driving package. This car is equally at ease driving around the city or cruising the highway. The seats wrap you in total comfort while the car provides great visibility to anything on the road. It has been two decades since I last wanted to buy a new car and the G70 is it.

G70 Fan

Great value - A lot of car for the money and they stand behind it with a 10 year 100K warranty. Maintenance costs mostly free in first two years and when paying, the costs are reasonable unlike the German competitor brands that I have owned in the past.

Great reliability, amazing exterior look.Enjoyable to drive. Passenger seat very uncomfortable, color not recommended,wheels should come with calipers. Sunroof annoying noise could not be fixed. Service issues with dealers,too slow to get appointments and delays in parts.

2022 G70

I enjoyed my Genesis G70 very much. The positives definitely outweigh the negatives, and the negatives are very little details that I mentioned earlier. There are a few items that are available on the Kia Stinger gt2 but are not available on the genesis. I would happy to pay additional money for these items. I wish it has accent light and wireless apple and android auto, fog lights, etc. All digital gadget cluster would be nice. Adding snow driver mode, however I haven't had any issues in the snow as of yet. I am thrilled with my car and the Genesis brand. I am certain I will be a genesis customer for a very long time. Thank you for designing and creating th G70

Car runs and performs excellent. It is smooth and sporty, fun to drive, well made and provides an upscale experience. The interior is luxurious and comfortable. Even after 10 hours of driving I was not stiff or sore. The paint quality is excellent and good looking even after a year.

Excellent car with styling that really stands out from the competition

A great overall sport/luxury sedan. The styling and performance are great. The fuel economy is a little below average. The ride is comfortable. The adjustable suspension could use a little more range- it could be softer in Comfort mode and a little stiffer in Sport/Sport+.

Outstanding Overall Value

The 2022 G70 really captured the perfect balance of luxury and performance. The vehicle is very fun to drive, especially in sport or sport + mode but at the same time the ride always continues to feel smooth. The handling and engine responsiveness feels perfect as well. The G70 is one of the top luxury sports sedans on the market.
