So far I have not enjoyed my car . It has brought me nothing but aggravation

You need to get better service people to solve the problems the first time. My car has been in for service since may 2022. Every time it was returned to me the same things happened within a day or two. No one is sure of the problem and it seem to me that it is all guess work and no one really knows what they are doing. Very very unhappy!

Good car. Dealerships lie and mislead customers, dealerships don’t honor valet maintenance pickup, and customer service is full of empty promises.

Good car overall. The Genesis promises a lot of value for the money but the dealerships lie and mislead you to sell your old vehicle and purchasing you receive the same treatment, dealerships don’t honor valet service pickup, genesis customer service is full of empty promises. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to purchase a Genesis.

Genesis Support is Lacking at Best

Please see comments from survey. Genesis dealer support is terrible. Genesis gave my dealer and myself the runaround for weeks when trying to get a common replacement part for my car when it had only 7,000 miles on it. I was very dissatisfied with the whole process and even more so with the buy back process, because I refuse to support a brand that can't support their vehicles and their dealerships.

Too much service in first 3 months

I custom ordered a beautiful 2022 G80 with color combo I wanted and maximum packages/features. Within 1st month, had fuel injectors fail. In less then 3 months, had episode where multiple warning lights came on and service has yet to conclude why or what needs fixing, if anything.

Genesis of Cherry Hill

It's not about the quality of the car to the dealership, it's about "sell, sell,sell, we'll deal with the expected maintenance issues through our non-compassionate service department. With the multitude of issues I've had with this brand new car, one would think they'd really go above and beyond to satisfy me as a repeat customer. NOT!!!

Lots of money for little help

Don't expect much from the dealership after you get your vehicle. Price for parts are thru the roof. Dealerships have little access to them. If your car is damaged at the dealership you might ge the parts for it but might b left to figure out install on ur own. Just overall really bad consumer support

New Genesis Purchase

This is my second Genesis. I loved my 1st Genesis, I bought it new and had it serviced at Courtesy Hyundai/Genesis for 10 years. My experience was exceptional. While I love the look of my new 2022 G80 Genesis, unfortunately, I'm not having the same stellar experience as I did with my 2012 Genesis.

Long survey

They must not want you to do the survey. Not everyone has 250 character worth of descriptors. But that's ok. Have not had vehicle long enough to give a full review. Hopefully they stand behind the vehicle the way they claim. I guess time will tell how this will go.

First time Hyundai buyer

So far no problems. I am impressed with the styling. Not impressed with limited options and no opportunity for negotiating cost. So far ride is smooth and fast and looks good on the road. Would have liked to picked the color of my choice, however the mag wheels on the white one, which was the only one available looks quite sharp

Very satisfied with my Genesis G80 the style is great looking very comfortable has lot of power and has a great warranty.Still learning more about the car only had since February 19 2022 . I will continue in the later future to have reviews on my genesis G80 .

Ken 2022 Genesis

The interior is exceptional. The look and feel of the vehicle is outstanding. The genesis G80 prestige is an absolute bargain for the price point...especially compared to the German luxury sedans. I am on my second G80, and will most likely will be buying another one in a few years.

Very impressed with Genesis. This is my 3rd Genesis. 2016 2019 2022

This is my 3rd Genesis.. Very impressed with the previous 2016 & 2019 (both 3 year leases) I’m not 100% satisfied with this body style (2022 G80)... and I do my my 2019 G80.. Very impressed it’s the handling & comfort. Not satisfied with the average MPG. I was expecting a better mileage per gallon results. I’m looking forward to seeing the electric version of the G80...

My car was supposed to come with 2 key fobs. dealership could not locate the 2nd key fob. dealership scheduled my 1st maintenance visit for 3 months after i had car. they told me at that service they would have my 2nd key fob. I called service department to verify my service appt and they had no date for me. the salesman forgot to let the service dept know. I called genisis up at crown genesis in st petersburg fl to find out when i could get my 2nd key fob. they told me they would have to order it. 3 months go by and not a peep from the dealership. i am on vacation in NC over the 4th of july. On the 4th of July, i wen out to my car from hotel and couldn't unlock car because key fob battery was dead. had to call locksmith to come to hotel and unlock my car. Cost me approx $150 to get car unlocked and new battery for key fob. when i got home i called crown genesis again to inquire about my 2nd key fob. they told me they would have to order it and when it came in they would call me. As of today, November 30th, I have heard nothing from crown genesis in St Petersburg, FL. I will never buy a car from that dealership again. They are a bunch of liars. What a JOKE!!!! If Genesis corporate saw this message i would expect i would have my 2nd key fob immediately. I can be reached at 941-356-3502...Jack Cochran

A sharp looking, driving vehicle

I must say that downsizing from an Equus to a G80 was not easy in one way, but we’ll worth it now. The car is beautiful, comfortable, loaded with features that I hope to master. Some of the surround visuals, are amazing. I am blown away with the capability of it. From self parking, both parallel and perpendicular. The fit and finish is very nice and the paint has been updated since the Equus. I suggest if you get the car loaded with the options, buy the bumper to bumper warranty. I’m in the south so I went with White exterior and beige interior. Gorgeous Vehicle in our opinions.

Great car

First time buyer of Genesis as always driver BMW , Lexus. Love the styling of the new design and amazing features. Took a while to track down the right combination I wanted of interior and exterior but just love what I got. White exterior and brown interior is very classy.

Genesis 2022 g80 prestige

I'm very happy. 1st luxury car I personally purchased for single driver use. It's beautiful and not ostentatious but holds its own. Great vehiclele purchase. Sales team was very welcoming. Sales mgr personally took care of an issue re registration. Telephone response of finance is poor.

Didn’t think I’d love it more than my Benz

It is a very comfortable car. The safety features are very easy to use and very effective. The car is beautiful. That’s my favorite part, the look of the car. I do wish I could have had the option to change the wheels. The cap to cover the tow access on the bumper kept popping out, fixed that. Other than that, its?

Excellent car and great value. I enjoy the car every time I go for a ride. I have owned multiple other luxury import brands and enjoy this car the best of all! Lots of compliments on the looks, ride and performance from my friends. I can't wait to take it on a long trip.
