Genesis is excellent in every way.

18 months after purchase my 2024 G80 runs like new. Genesis dealerships are responsive for service needs. I bonded with this car immediately and plan on keeping it quite a while.

The G80 combines luxury with performance and is a good value. I liken it to a BMW 5 series. So far (13 months) it has met my expectations.

Pure Regret

Depreciation is terrible. Car is a Hyundai with more power,extra features, some leather seats and some Bently like exterior styling and still screams Hyundai and the noisy whine of the 2.5T is a constant reminder. Purchase experience terrible and jilted by Genesis America and ripped off on $500 military rebate. I have it for sale on FB with 4800 miles on it and willing to take financial hit to end this nightmare. Highway ride is nothing special.

Mechanical problems and dead car twice within the first few hundred miles in addition to a vin number error…I wish I never bought it

great fun driving the car

All that I expected. The ride was not as soft as I anticipated, but that might have been due to the selection of tires and wheels and not a basic fault of the design of the car. I really enjoy using all the automatic drive features, or driver assist things. Makes slow and fast go on crowded freeways much easier to handle. I arrive much more refreshed, it doesn't take as much effort to drive the car.

Good vehicle but has issues

Good stying but more color choices would be nice. Incredibly number of features but some with questionable value. Excellent safety features but a lot of nuance warnings. Infotainment system very complex and hard to use with random bugs. Should be better for the money.

Great car but no service

Customer service ranks zero, Not one dealership in my whole state to get my car serviced. That's not right. Sure I can get vallet service and someone can drive my car to the dealership that is 2 hours away but why should it be that way. This is my third Genesis but it may be my last if I don't see a dealership somewhere in my state soon.

Great looking car. Very comfortable to ride in and drive. No issues with fit and finish. Road noise is greater than expected on cement or older asphalt roads. The 300 hp 4 cylinder does well but expected better mpg; previously had a 2015 with the V8 and got the same mileage around town.Like the ability to adjust the ride setting without affecting the shift points. The lack of drip gutter on the door means water will drip inside the car when the door is opened.

Amazing luxury vehicle!

The value Genesis brings with their new lineup is unmatched. We have owned our new G80 now for a few months and all I can say is wow. Comfortable, quiet, fast, nimble, exciting; it just checks all the boxes for us. Oh and the looks, this car outshines all the euro luxury cars out there for looks.
