Beautiful Car

I typically keep a car five years and purchase new. I owned two Audi Q5 vehicles back to back and purchased a 2022 Genesis GV70. The Genesis definitely exceeded expectation. A beautiful ride, more spacious than the Q5, and regular gas!! I would definitely recommend and purchase again!

Genesis GV70

Overall I like the vehicle. I think the Service departments should do a better job both in dealing with the customer, as well as delivering the requests made by the customer. Customer Service is a bit lacking at Genesis of Naples. The Lane Keep Assist in my vehicle was brought to the dealer on 3 different occasions, but the vehicle still does not track correctly. It ping-pongs within the lane. Also the Navigation system is lacking augmented reality, which was listed as an option. Not available.

GV70 is the best car I have owned. I love its style and look and comfort

GV70 is the best car I have owned. I love its style and look and comfort. The only complaint I have is that the gas mileage is poor. I get only 15 mpg in town. Highway mileage is great. I absolutely love my car and wouldn’t trade it for anything just not happy with gas consumption but it’s performance is amazing!

SUV - Actually Fun to Drive and a Pleasure to Look At

Still loving my car after a year of ownership. I miss my small sports car, but for having to now have a bigger vehicle, this SUV drives like a car. It has great power and gets lots of looks and inquiries. It is truly unique and awesome inside and out!

Love my GV70! Love the Matte finish and get lots of compliments on it!! The one BIG negative is the trim oxidizing as I have stated throughout this survey! I can't believe that Genesis knows this is a problem and they don't switch something out so this doesn't happen again!!

Best Car Yet

Well made, solid car. I like the ride and performance mix. Not quite as fast as my Porsche, but way more comfortable. Very good drivability and turning radius. No rattles, only a slight vibration I need to get looked at. Overall, probably the best car I've owned from Range Rover, BMW, Mercedes, Porsche and a few others.

You got overprice product for basic Hyundai

Overall the car is pretty. Easy to drive. Easy to handle. But I still need to work out kinks. The circular dial should be different than the drive control. Smart adapter control need to work and I need to be able to trust it. Overall it’s a good car. But not how much I paid for the lack of service it’s just killing me.

I am extremely happy with the quality of the car it has the look and feel and action of a much more expensive car. I would gladly recommend that almost anyone else buy this car but be very careful with the transparency of the dealership and the add-ons

GV70 Review, 1 year in

The Car's Transfer Case failed at 5,000 miles, it took Genesis 3 months to repair, Genesis replaced two transmissions before transfer case, transmission was not the problem. I did not have use of a loaner or rental car for two of the three months. Genesis Corporate was a disaster to work with, I was in constant contact with the Genesis Corporate folks regarding the repair. I felt that Genesis was not willing to make this situation right and I am very discouraged on my treatment as a customer.

Great car to drive

This vehicle is a great car to drive. I often take long trips to visit family and this car makes it easier for me to do that. The comfort level is awesome. The safety features like auto high beam makes it easier for me to see at night. The displays are easy to see and use while driving. I am almost 70 and find this car a real joy. I just wish that I was able to get a wi-fi plan for the passengers in my car.

Stunningly designed and crafted vehicle

This is a fabulous vehicle. I'm a long time (20+ year) Mercedes Benz owner and I'm happy to have made the move to Genesis. The GV70 Prestige Plus Sport is a kick in the pants to drive. I don't recall leaving the car ever without a smile on my face. Highly recommend this brand and this model to anyone considering a high end mid-sized SUV. Genesis has nail it. Do your research (Car & Driver, Road & Track, Wall Street Journal, Motor Trend - SUV of the Year!!)

Beautiful and sporty

It’s a beautiful car. I belong to a group on Facebook for GV 70‘s. I cannot tell you how many problems people are having with their vehicles it’s just unbelievable. I’m thankful that mine is just up problem with the backseat. I paid a lot of money for this car to have that quality. Genesis should be reaching out to the consumers to fix all problems. In my case the dealership is trying to fix the problem. My problem is coming from Genesis.

Genesis GV 70 best car on the road

I have purchased many cars in my life! I believe the GV 70 is the finest vehicle that I’ve ever driven! Can’t wait to get the GV 70 in the EV model coming next year! If you’re thinking about a new car I would highly recommend you stop in to a Genesis dealership and drive all of their models or the ones that you are very interested in I doubt you will leave the dealership empty-handed!

Better than BMW X3

I've owned multiple BMW X5's or X3's and by far, the Genesis GV 70 is a much better car. Strong, fast, beautifully designed inside and out, and way more bells and whistles than my BMWs. The ride is quiet and smooth despite living in a city with a lot of potholes and uneven surfaces. Don't think I'll ever go back to BMW.

Great Car but Poor Dealership service

It is a great car, but unfortunately, it can not be considered as a luxury car with a 3nd tier dealership service. It is a shame. I'm considering to sell the car in the near future due to the poor maintenance experience I received in NY dealerships.

Looks are Deceiving

Well they ole adage is “looks are deceiving“. It’s true. Looks are amazing but everything else falls short! Especially the dealer/manufacturer communication with a vehicle with less than 3,900 miles on it and has engine and differential issues and dealer just saying couldn’t duplicate and blow us off several times. Just found out the replaced the service manager and I called the new service manager left voicemail with no return calls and emailed with no return emails. Welcome to corporate American where customers come last!

GV70

I love the vehicle. The fact that it came from the factory with paint defects was very disappointing. It appears that the chrome finished parts are tinted and can easily be scratched or damaged. Should have stuck with chrome or off a black out package. Very disappointed in how the dealership has handled the situation. There was no need to have my car for 42 days and still counting to fix paint defects. I should have been offered another vehicle. I have been making monthly payments on a vehicle that I have barely had to myself.
