Do not buy a car from Genesis of Brunswick, Genesis and Hyundai
I bought a new GV70 Genesis, from Genesis of Brunswick that sits in my garage and is not drivable. This dealership is run by people who hide by not returning phone calls, refuse to give email addresses, refuse to provide services that have been prepaid for, refuse to give out last names of employees, has a salesmen in their employ named Fred Corea who tries to intimidate his customers when filing out the post sale Genesis survey, into giving ratings of all 10's, has a manage named Nick (refused to give last name) who also tries to influence the survey ratings, has a finance person named Mavin who pressures customers through fear tactics into buying added protections that are totally unnecessary without disclosing they are through a third party and only as good as the third parties ability to stay in business, and when the "extra service" is needed refuses to return phone calls to schedule the service. These are all very bad people, who make me feel afraid for my safety and the safety of my family!!! Even Genesis North America customer service reps. say "Genesis of Brunswick is owned by Terry Taylor and they can not require any action on his part"!
