Aviation forever

Best vehicle I've owned , has very good looks and compared to a Bentley . Runs strong for a v-6 twin turbo-charged motor . When put into sport mode its really fun to drive , tranny shifts spot on no slippage , suspension very tight in sport mode the way it should be . Ecoo mode will give you pretty good mpg. In my opinion one very good vehicle .

Vehicle is great, the particular dealership backwoods mentality. Terrible phone system hurting their business.

Great vehicle, comfortable, seemingly quiet and smooth with caveat being there is no spare and jack. The tires are no Run Flats which would only make it noisy and not enhance the ride at all. Does have some differential noise but I've been told they will take care of it when I can bring it in.

Luxurious performance

We had a Mercedes Benz and replaced it with the Genesis. We thought we might give up some German engineering to compromise for Korean comfort, but that is not the case. This car performs as well as Mercedes, but has more and fun options to play with.

very nice vehicle for the prize a lot features that only hi ends vehicles offer.

very good quality appearence, all the features that you have in a Meredes or Bmw for a less cheaper prize. love the knob for the control of gears, very nice leather seats like with diamond stiching, very unique style on the outside, very nice featured of the sppedometer on the windshield.

GENESIS GV80

The 2023 Genesis GV80 is a fine vehicle. I have had many luxury cars and this one is still my favorite. Never thought I would buy a Korean made car but this GV80 has changed my mind. If I can be of any assistance to the Genesis design team or marketing department, please let me know. P.S. My Father was a new car dealer!! andI worked for him when I was in high school and college.

Great SUV

This is the best vehicle I have ever owned and I have owned many. The ride and comfort of the GV80 is unparalleled, and the interior room is great for this size SUV. The technology works extremely well and is easy to use. The seating posture assist is a great feature.

Excellent car, disappointing dealership

I absolutely love my GV80. The value for dollar is excellent when compared to other brands in the same class. The safety and technology features are what sold me on this vehicle. However, I am extremely disappointed with the decision by Genesis to pull the brand from Marhoffer Genesis/Hyundai in Akron, OH. The nearest dealership is now 60 miles from my home. Ease of maintenance was a big factor in my decision to lease this vehicle. I likely would not have chosen a Genesis had I known service would require a two-hour round-trip.

Really like the auto. Bought it after driving a friend's GV 80. Am impressed with the safety features. Other than service issues noted below, really like. Minor issues with online tutorials not covering some topics. The dealer response to the 2 warranty issues was disappointing.

Best vehicle I have ever owned.

We have owned several luxury SUVs, as well as some exotic Italian cars. Our Genesis GV80 V6 Prestige is hands down the best car we have ever owned. It looks fantastic, rides well, is feature-rich, intelligently designed, and comfortable. Driving it is easy and relaxing. The driving assist features make long trips a joy. The interior is luxurious, and the feature set rivals or exceeds those of vehicles costing much more. We didn;t buy this car because of the value. We bought it because we fell in love with it. The value is just a bonus.

This is an Amazing Vehicle!

I use this vehicle to travel back and forth to a destination 350 miles from home. I make this drive 12 - 14 times a year. It involves lots of highway, desert, mountain and curvy roads. The GV80 is very smooth, composed and very quiet. It has plenty of power when necessary. Since it is only a 5 seater, I have a lot of storage space with easy access. The vehicle is very comfortable overall. It is competent on the road, but not even a little sporty. I was surprised by the highway mileage which ranges from 23 to 27 mpg on the open highway @ 75 mph. I am able to use 87 Octane regularly with no loss of MPG or performance.

Excellent car

I would highly reccomend this auto! We have owned Mercedes and Range Rover and this one is better than all we have owned! Luxury at a fair price! It is pure luxury inside with quilted leather seats with all the bells and whistles! The exterior is well built and has great quality!

2023 GV 80

Overall I like the car. But not impressed with ride quality or the noise especially with the so called special shocks and noise cancellation. The gas mileage isn’t the best either but Hyundai Genesis is noted for that. And the radio is over exaggerated for having 21 speakers. I do get a lot of complaints.

This is probably the nicest SUV we have had so far Style color and overall look is very striking Have gotten many compliments on this vehicle. Wish there was a dealership a little closer to our home but service is not required that often We think Genesis will pick up and deliver within 30 miles

Good car, happy to drive. Would be more happy if the wireless charging point, more storage spaces and no issues with engine. Overall a good luxury car. Build quality need to be improved. Great driving experience. Good sound system. Good and spacey car.

GV80 3.5 Prestige... Boy, that sounds great... And it is in some ways. The looks, the stance, engine performance, absolutely fantastic sound system are great.. The rest, however, will take a book to write regarding real life experience vs expectations

Not up to expectations!

My Genesis was HIGHLY Rated by every reviewer; but unsatisfactory voice interface, multiple mobile phone connectivity, inconsistent Nav screen, and poor fuel mileage damaged that reputation. When I found a flat tire on my way to a meeting, my wife had to resolve the problem, which made her talk with AAA unsuccessfully without a spare. She finally had to wait for AAA to tow it to the dealership to replace the damaged tire with a "sawsall" blade impeded in it. This is all weather, all terrain, SUV! I can't imaging it having NOTHING for a physical spare. What if we were in the middle of the Blue Ridge Mountains far away from any Genesis dealership! We've owned 26 Mercedes over the past 52 years, and EVERY ONE had at lease a "donut" for a spare. ONLY my Porsche's have had nothing for a spare tire. To add insult to injury, the best Trade In Offer we've been able to generate is $20,000 less than our purchase price!

Excellent car. Service availability needs improvement.The ability to use regular fuel would be beneficial. lack of a spare time is a major concern. Concierge service ability is simply never available and it should not be used as a selling point. Need to find a better place to install the front license plate other than right in the middle of the front grille
