Frustrating. Service needs to be planned out mos in advance.

Gas mileage poor. Styling and build good. Scheduling service not acceptable compared to the bigger luxury brands.

Incredible vehicle to match the amazing value.

The GV80 has all the luxury and tech I was looking for, but at a better price than the competition. The upgraded powertrain is a key distinction, and a significant reason I went with Genesis.

Great Vehicle but Poor Dealer Post- Purchase Support

The GV 80 is a fine vehicle. Nevertheless, some issues need mentioning . The windshield needed to be replaced because it was delaminating. Oil consumption has been a concern. The complimentary maintenance program is weak. And NO SUV should be sold without a full-sized spare. In fact, this vehicle did not come with any spare. As a result I am reluctant to take it off road.

Most expensive and worst vehicle purchase

The car has spent 5 days, then the month of March and then over 4 weeks in May in the shop. No one could figure the issue out. We were denied a loaner until corporate told use the dealer could rent us a car. Thats when we got a rental from the dealership. The car had to be towed twice and ruined our evening plans twice. The car had the same issues for 4 different dates. All the idiot lights came on, then a breaking warning came on and the car was unable to move. 24 hours later the car reset it self. All genesis people were nice. It was very hard to get ahold if anyone. Corporate passed us around like a hot potato. By far the worst multiple vehicle service we ever had. I still do not believe the car is fixed. Also we both never get in the car together because one of us needs to be available for when the car breaks down. Feel free to call. Tim and lisa higgins 317 716 9018. We love to talk to you. We looked at selling it but two genesis dealerships both offered less then halve of what we paid for it. Car does not hold its value

A very nice car!

I love driving this car. It’s beautiful, handles well and is very comfortable. I’m a little bit older, so it’s a little bit high for me getting in. A side step that came out would be nice. The fuel economy is very poor, so it wouldn’t be a daily driver from an economical standpoint. I can afford the car in my older years, but I would not have been so lucky to have this beautiful car in my younger years.

Beautiful but could be better

I’m often stopped by people who love the Beaty of my GV80 and when asked whether I like my vehicle I say yes. But, it could be better. I need more room in the center console. I’m embarrassed that adults have no leg room in the back seat. It’s not the vehicle of choice for long trips when there are more than two adults. One suggestion I have: can you program the car seat to recognize Driver 1 and 2 and automatically adjust the seat when they sit down?
