Great experience amazing car

Our purchase experience at Lakeland Genesis was truly amazing. Everyone was very helpful and Daniel Torres was a joy to work with. The GV80 Coupe has been a tremendous joy to drive. I was debating between this and the Porsche Macan, the deciding factors for the GV80 was the luxury, room and all the safety options that the GV80 offers. I got the Mauna Red exterior with the Sevilla Red/Obsidian Black interior so the car still has that “sexy” look and feel.

Incredible value for the money compared to other luxury brands!

As a Realtor I needed a good looking SUV with a beautiful interior. My Genesis GV80 Prestige Black gives me both of those features in abundance. And when compared to Mercedes, BMW and other luxury brands it's a steal. The only reason I give it a 9/10 for Value is because I think all of the luxury brands are overpriced at the moment! But for $85k you get all the features and more of the other German and Japanese luxury brands at a much lower or competitive cost (depending on trim levels of course). I had a 2021 GV80 3-row before this and never had any issues with that one either.

So close to amazing. Ride just isn't as smooth as some other expensive car brands. Struggles a bit at the lowest and highest speeds. However, so comfortable, so quiet, and an overall good option.

Great technology, but lacks responsive power or nimbleness compared to BMW X5. Technology has some difficulties to learn. Some is counterintuitive. Key bob needs redesign with button on the surface not the edge. Lacks mpg
