GMC Terrain

I have had more issues with this vehicle and it is only 5 years old. I would not recommend this vehicle to anyone. I gave it 2 stars because I loved this vehicle when I bought it, but since then the quality of the engine, transmission and internal components are JUNK.

70K MILES AND THE RADIATOR ROYS OUT, I GUESS I JUST GOT BAD LUCK WITH GM PRODUCTS

I BOUGHT A 2004 CADDIE SRX AND BLEW A HEAD GASKET AT 90K,SO I BOUGHT A 2014 TERRAIN DENALI AND BLEW A RADIATOR AT 70K,OVERALL PRETTY DEPENDABLE VECHICALE.MAYBE I JUST GOT BAD LUCK WITH GM. WINDSHIELD WIPER PUMP WENT OUT AND HAD TO RELPACE THAT,ANOTHER THING YOU HAVE TO TAKE THE HOLE FRONT OF THE CAR APART TO GET AT,

Meh

When I saw this car, I really wanted it! I loved it! I took it on a trip across country…1st, there are no vents in the backseat. So, when we were in Nevada where the temperature was over 100°, we could not get air conditioning to the people sitting in the backseat - it was terrible. 2nd, the car did not handle the mountains very well. I had to get an extra oil change and had to put my car in the garage for a day for some work. The worst part, one week after the five-year warranty was up (and yes, I mean one week) the engine died and my dealership told me I needed a new engine 😡. I did complain a lot to the dealership and the GMC corporation and managed to get it a lot cheaper - but the original price to replace it was over $10,000! It’s been three years since and I still have problems constantly. If the car wasn’t paid off, I would’ve gotten rid of it along time ago. I probably won’t buy another GMC again.

Like it

This is the first GMC vehicle I have owned. I’m pretty happy with it and would recommend it to others. However, the sight lines on the side mirrors make it very difficult to see other vehicles coming alongside you from driving other vehicles. This is the one thing that would make my review great.

Best SUV ever owned

Have owned this vehicle for almost two years. Great gas mileage, comfortable ride, excellent vehicle in the winter. Taken many trips and the handling is great. Can't believe the gas mileage with the big V6! Over 27 MPG!

GMC Terrain is a grat vehicle

We love our Terrain! It is roomy, comfortable and has plenty of power. We have taken it on several long road trips and are planning another one for this fall. Our only regret -- should have gotten the Denali version.

Love This Car!

I like the body design of this car—I wish they had not changed the newer model. However, I plan to buy another Terrain because of comfort and reliability. Next time I will opt for a/c for the backseat.

great little car

kinda downsized from a caddy to a terrain , but I luv the all wheel drive and so far its proven its worthiness,i got the denalia package with the satin chrome,the v6 which has plenty of power and the only thing I can complain about is it did not come with a bose stereo system,so for about #2,000.00 more I guess I could fix that

Great SUV

I love my Terrain. It's white and classy! We've been through several snow, ice and rain storms. Over 100,000 miles. Tires and oil changes. General maintenance but nothing major thank God. Highly recommend.

Love it~

LOVE IT. Comfortable, descent gas mileage especially on ECO. Just drove to Niagara Falls and back no problems. From Atlantic Beach, FLA. ! Will drive it till the wheels fall off. BEST PART IS IT"S PAID FOR! Reliable.

My Terrain

I've owned quite a few vehicles in my lifetime. SUV's, cars, even a couple of Corvettes and a pick up truck. My Terrain has been my favorite. Even though it's almost 10 years old, I still love my Terrain. I wish I could afford to buy a new one, but my Terrain is a keeper and I don't want car payments again.
