I have been a GM owner all my life but disappointed with the manufacturer quality on these year models on paint and causmetics on the vehicle and they have not taken any effort in making it right with the owners.😒

8 speed transmission issue.

GM sold a lemon with the 2015 Yukon XL with 6.2 liter engine. When shifting at speeds between 35 mph and 70 mph the vehicle shudders and shakes. This vehicle has been disappointing. I gave up taking it in for this problem.

GMC is happy to produce a sub-par product!

Disappointed with GMC! Purchased this vehicle as a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle, but think the dealership hiding known problems. GMC designs flawed vehicles, to include body panels, engine control system, and emissions control systems.

My Second GMC Yukon XL

You can rarely go wrong with a GMC Yukon XL super reliable and stylish. I loved it so much this is my second one. I use my to take kids to and from practice. Also on road trips with the family. I wish the seating was more comfortable for longer rides. This model has a 6 speed transmission (opposed to the 2005 4 speed transmission) and it no smooth when you are slowing down. If the seating and the transmission were similar I would rate this vehicle a 10.

Love my vehicle

I would purchase a newer Suburban or Yukon XL any day and again and again. I’ve been in 2 car accidents with a 2009 or newer Suburban and both where the vehicle was totaled and both had my young children involved. Both accidents, everyone was safe. Even the I-94 accident where we were traveling at 70 mph, slid across 3 lanes on ice & ran head on into a retaining wall.. all 8 airbags went off and the vehicle did not tip or rock at all.

GMC Yukon xl 2015 sucks

I have Not been happy with this veichle. Seems like there is always something wrong with it. I had A GMC Yukon XL 1995 and it was a much better car. Definetly will not be buying a GMC again. Not worth the price.

Great vehicle in every way

GMC did an amazing job on the 2015's. This is our 4th XL Denali, and they keep getting better. If a family has 4 kids, this is really the only vehicle that fits a family of 6, a dog and a decent amount of luggage. This new model feels a little bigger than our 2004, which we put 168k and still ran like a new truck, same motor and trans. GREAT vehicle!
