Great ride

This is the nicest vehicle I've ever owned. It handles well, is roomy and is a great looking vehicle. The backup camera is a feature I have really enjoyed. I especially like having side mirrors that can be retracted in & out with the touch of a button.

GMC 2008 Yukon SLT 4 wheel drive.

Bought it new, have owned it for 10 years. For the most part, vehicle is reliable, very comfortable, quiet, a pleasure to drive on long trips, and very versatile. Like any vehicle, do the maintenance on or ahead of time, and they will last. Overall, a very useful SUV. Would buy another just like it.

I love my Yukon XL 1500.

I have had noting by excellent performance from my 2008 Yukon XL. I've always taken care of my vehicles and I constantly get comments how new my car looks even though it is 16 years old. It has had only normal typical repair needs and runs like a champ. Mileage is respectable for a vehicle of this size and age. I will keep it for as long as I can.

It great suv

It is the. Best vehicle I have owned, but the service air bag light came on about the same time I received a recall on the air bag and gm wants me to pay to fix it. So, I do not know if I will buy another gm product.

2007 GMC YukonXL Denali

What should have been a solid vehicle from the factory started out with a blown head gasket due to dealer failure; but, GM made it good and replaced the engine. Then at 75k miles the transmission overheated and had to be rebuilt. Then at 170k miles the engine again had to be replaced with a remanufactured one and then at 175k miles the transmission gave out due to overheating. Turns out the transmission cooler is undersized for a 6.2L engine when pulling a trailer; despite they advertised it as a great recreational vehicle. But despite all this, I’ve had the engine replaced, the transmission rebuilt, the cooler replaced with a bigger version, and lots of other small things. Why, simply it’s an $80,000 vehicle that from a chassis perspective still has lots of life left... and for a $12,000 investment figure I can get another 7 years out of it. Would I buy another - you bet! But hopefully GM has improved upon all these challenges.
