Reliable car

I've never had any major problems with this car. I do pretty good in bringing in for maintenance when it needs it. Just minor things/features I wish it had like ac vents in the back seat and an aux input! But overall it's a great reliable car.

Lives up to its reputation

Over 263,000 miles and my wife still loves it. She loves the leather, heated seats. One big negative - the paint & protective coating did not last & it looks terrible! I see other similar models around town that look the same way. I would think that that would be a great embarrassment to Honda....

Love the engine, but after 12 years, the repairs and maintenance is costly.

In 2004 we purchased our Honda Accord V6 by reading many reviews. It was highly rated and had a powerful 240 HP V6. In 2004 we made the purchase knowing we could give the car to our 6 year old in 2014 when she was 16. For the first 7 years we were so happy with our Honda Accord, since then it has been consistent maintenance and up keep. Since 2004, we have spend $3000 to on repairs and standard maintenance. With that said, the cost of keeping the car going is still less than a new car monthly payment. We have meticulous in our care for this car since we bought it, and we truly enjoy driving it. We are committed to driving it for a long time.

Overall satisfaction

I’ve gotten maximum satisfaction out of Honda ownership. After ten years of ownership, I’ve been mostly content with my Accord. Through that time my problems were minimal. I would have no qualms about buying another used Honda.

Great vehicle

I adore my Honda. It takes a licking and keeps on ticking. Preventive maintenance is the key to keeping any car working properly, meaning change your oil every 5 months or 5000 miles, get regular yearly inspections. Be good to your vehicle and remember it carries your most precious cargo, you.

Transmission went early but no other problems!

Honda transmission filter problems but the car is otherwise sound and dependable! This is a college student owned vehicle! This car has over 180000 miles and is still dependable! I would buy another Honda!

Not flashy, but totally dependable and functional. Although I've turned more than 100,000 miles, I would not hesitate in taking a cross-country trip in my 04 Honda Accord.

It's the most dependable vehicle I've owned in a lifetime. It caused me to encourage my wife to get an Acura, also a Honda product. Being reared a farm boy, I know the value of timely "service" and "maintenance" of vehicles and machinery. That's why I have turned my family's car upkeep and maintenance over to Bennett's Automotive in Smyrna, Tenn.

Best daily driver I've ever owned

Over 11 years old and still runs like new. I've had NO major problems with the car since I bought it new in 2004. The only things I've ever replaced are those things that wear out with time - tires, batteries, wipers, bulbs, etc. It has never rusted, it has great performance - a 4 cyl that runs like an 8. Gas mileage is exceptional, > 30 mpg on the open road using non-ethanol 87 pump gas.

2004 Honda

My Honda has been the best vehicle I have ever purchased and I have purchased many in my lifetime. I have not had any major problems with this care in the 12 years I have downed it. Since I only drive 1100 miles a year now that I am retired, it will be the last car I will own. The guys at Exclusive Repair take very good care of it!!

500,000 miles and still running

Regular maintenance and change the oil filter with every oil change has made the difference. This Honda led my wife to purchase a 2010 CRV and I purchased a 2014 AWD CRV to haul my boat. THe Accord is still my commuter auto during the week to work.

Honda - the car that just won't die

2004 Accord DX. Minimal repair costs. Parts seem to last forever. Fuel consumption is still > 30 miles/gal. on the open road. A really great daily driver. Too bad they didn't make it as a convertible or station wagon.

My 2004 Honda Sedan

This car fits me; I don't have to strain to see over the steering wheel. It has great acceleration up hills. The spoiler on the back gives it a sporty feel. Gas mileage is good. I like that it has a trunk; my last two vehicles didn't. However, I do miss having a rear windshield wiper. I'm in love with my car. I've got a feel for my automobile. Thank you!
