Good vehicle with some drawbacks.

Drives well, gets good gas mileage. Visibility is good and everything works well after 14 years. Owners manual is very comprehensive and helpful. Has some unusual features, such as an integrated picnic table that can be removed and used at a camp site. The speedometer is really hard to use as the numbers are close together and go to 150 MPH. Also at night most of the controls are not illuminated. Even with the front seats all the way back my knees occasionally bang against the Lower portion of the instrument panel, aka dashboard. I am 5' 11" and cannot figure out how someone over 6' tall could be comfortable driving this SUV.

Good Car

You can't pull a travel trailer with it, but for buzzing around local and traveling to the coast, I love it. And I can still haul a trailer with my riding lawnmower and tools on it. I guess it could haul a small popup campe.r

I really like my CRV, love that it has good speed, and the look, I only wish that they make more like it but I know that Honda will not make any more like it, I like the body style, Honda did it right with these one

at 243,000 miles plus, This crew is the best, and always find my problem but fix it too.

Other then being real noise, this has been a great vehicle. Fuel economy is pretty good. So far no major complaints. We purchased it from a local dealership with 150,000 miles on it. After driving it regularly I discovered something was not right in the running gear. I took it to two different Honda dealers and neither had a clue what was wrong. I took it to Affordable Auto Car, Tim the owner, drove it around the building and came back in and tells me that we need to change the oil in the rear of the car. I said let's do it, and bingo, it fixed the problem right away. I love these guys. They are awesome to work with. Quality work for a fair price. Dale Morris

I sure have been happy that this vehicle 'keeps on going'! When it finally bites the dust, I hope I can find another one like it

My Honda CRV has been the "little engine that could" or the "energizer bunny" that just keeps going. I have had to replace some things, but all in all it has given me a lot of years of service. It may be a bit more "spartan" without all the "bells and whistles" but I think that is why I don't have a lot of extra problems, either. Simple, straight forward.

Amazing reliability for a 17-year old vehicle.

Our CR-V is very dependable. There are 169,000 miles on the odometer but the vehicle performs very well. It has many features that we appreciate. The engine purrs like a kitten and functions without any defects. Our vehicle was 100 percent made in Japan and has had no recalls that affect many other owners of this model.

It was a great year for the CRV

The 2002 was a great year for the Honda CRV. We bought this used, and were unable to keep up with service during the 2008 recession, but everything Cuppelli auto has done, has kept it going. I am glad we were able to get this year and model.

Owning a more dependable maintenance free car is unlikely

Rarely do any other maintenance except insure oil is topped off and changed as appropriate. Full fluid in the radiator a must also. I wait until my brakes grind and then have brake work done. 150,000+ miles. Bought brand new. its been paid off for almost 10 years

Honda-CRV

My 3rd CRV I love it. Easy for me, at 72, to get in and out of. I am a Gardner and it easy to carry and load plants, mulch and supplies.

Perfect vehicle!

Reliable, fuel efficient, comfortable, fabulous capacity and I see so many others on the roads which tells me that others feel the same way! Mine is a 2002 with 179,000 and still going strong with very few repair needs ever!

Practecal and uncomplicated.

Starts and runs without any fuss, will carry a ton of horse feed and not complain. I would buy another in a second.

I love ❤️ my CRV... best car ever

I've had 5 brand new cars Ford, Chrysler, Buick...Never a foreign brand till my Honda.. It is the best vehicle, I can't believe it..i have Never own a car for over 4 years... and my wonderful Honda is 15 years old.. Wow
