we love our fit!

Solid, safe, flexible, economic, and fun! This is the FIRST new vehicle either one of us has ever purchased - we were worried - but Sims folks were sooooo great - honest, genuine, trustworthy, and kind. Thank you for helping us over that hump. I think we'll have this car forever...

Computer system

I have been gone to dealer several times to have my tire check out because the tire pressure picture was on, I was told because the computer system is so sensitive and the tire pressure can be effected by weather.

Good but some safety concerns

The car gets great gas milage and the storage space is amazing. Especially when the back seats fold up in so many different ways. My two major complaints about this car is the structure of the windshield and the winter drivability. Due to the windshield being so deep down the front of the car, the left support bar cuts into your vision when you go around left turns. It makes it impossible to see around the turn where you are driving and you can't see the oncoming traffic. You must really lean to one side or another to check where the road is or if there is something on it if you are curving left. It is extremely scary when driving in neighborhoods with kids that might be in the street, over the mountains or on any unfamiliar road. This car also does not handle well in winter. Perhaps due to the weight distribution, the car is difficult to slow and is easy to loose control on even wide turns.

Efficient gas mileage ,, though not very comfortable

This is not a bad car, but find it hard to drive on highways. Also, the interior is really cheaply made and the material they use for door linings and seats is hard to keep clean. Good milege(30mpg ) on highways.

Vehicle stalls from time to time. Very disconcerting when entering a line of traffic. Dealership could not repeat the problem as it's intermittent. There is a vague feeling of impending trouble based on this defect. It was looked for at the first oil change & not found. I have another appt. set up after the second oil change. I'm not holding my breath but at least if I get in a smash up, I'll have it in writing at two different dates.

I like it very much except for the engine stall. This could be serious.

My Fit

After I got over only having one "chipped" key for the car and not being offered a discount for the lack of two keys as any dealership would provide, I am at this point happy with the Honda, though the back upper license plate holder bolts were missing and that caused a rattle I have temporarily solved with Velcro. I'll fix that at the Home Depot but that is a small detail you might want to notice. The devil is n the details. The car itself is wonderful.

What do you mean?

Hate the black interior. It shows every thing, lint, dust, crumbs and hair. The back seat is not very comfortable for passengers.

Great little car and so easy to handle and park.

We had owned Honda vehicles in the past and were glad to become a Honda owner once again, when we traded in our larger vehicle, a Subaru Outback. The handling and responsiveness is great and it is much easier to fit into parking spots. Also, we can actually fit a bicycle in the rear, without removing the tire!

Overall all a good vehicle. fuel mileage great. performance & handling for a small vehicle is great. Great vehicle for short vacation travel ( for 2 people). Road noise is the only thing that needs to be improved on.

Honda Fit sports 2013

Great car- easy to drive, very responsive to driver and love the way it handles turns in close quarters. Requires minimal maintenance. I have not had any majors repairs needed. Downside, because it is light, ride is bumpy and loud on the highway.

Good car for the price

Gas mileage isn’t bad but could be better I get average 28/30..but have had bigger cars get that. It’s comfortable for the size has a lot of room in it..Iam 6-1 and have plenty leg space..it’s comfortable around town and to the next couple states but wouldn’t recommend going cross country with it and stay comfortable if the cars packed.. Also love the versatility of how the back seats fold..the bottoms can fold up for space not only under the seats but also on top of the back side of the seats lay flat. It’s almost like having a small mini van without the looks..

Good reliable car

I like the Fit, however it’s a bit noisy on the highway. With all the large cars whizzing by I feel a bit vulnerable. Gas mileage is great. I can get a lot of stuff in my car. I use it like a little truck packing it with stuff for a trip or loading it with furniture or my bike deceptively roomy!

Good for compact

Things I like about this car: 1) Interior space and storage. 2) Gas efficiency. 3) Ability to accelerate quickly. 4) Mostly cheap to maintain. 5) Great field of vision (except for one spot) with the large windows. 6) Turns on a dime! What I DON'T like about this car: 1) Even though it is a front wheel drive, it SUCKS in winter. I have never slipped around so much. 2) Very low to the ground so too much of a bump or incline will scrape the bottom of the car. 3) BLIND SPOT looking out the front of the windshield to the left. The window arches out too far and so the support frame cuts into your vision blocking you from seeing left around a curve or at a traffic circle. I've had many close calls due to this. Seriously a major dangerous design flaw. 4) Despite getting new filters, turning on the heater always smells like dirt and dust in the air. Not sure why this is. 5) The seats will give you a sore back and oddly knees after a while.

Love the Car - Hated the Dealership we bought it from!

We were given the Royal run around by Bell Road Honda in Phoenix, AZ. We feel that a car that has only less than 20,000 miles on it should not have tires that are illegal. We actually drove the 2013 Honda 6000 miles since we bought it as a "Certified Used Car". Amazing that the tires are worn out. We will be driving across town to get any service done in the future, and will never step foot in that dealership again, not will we recommend it to anyone.

Everything I wanted

I've had my car for just a week now. So far, it has handled well, already accommodated large items inside, and even unexpectedly negotiated 10 miles of graveled roads at 5,000 feet above sea level. I especially like the turning radius and the large front window.

My 2013 Honda Fit is fabulous.

So far, my newly purchased car is doing very well. No complaints. It is so easy to operate that I have enjoyed driving all over North Seattle while I get used to living in my new neighborhood.

great simple little car

Just a great simple little car. I do not want a car that thinks it is a rocket ship. It is thrifty, reliable, trouble free, reasonably comfortable, and fun to drive. Lots of interior room. This is the second one that I have owned.
