Fun reliable economical runabout with manual trans

Replaced my 2001 Miata after 230K miles and wanted something fun for cross country trips. The manual is fun and gets over 40 mpg on highway. Very solid car and reliable so far. The car is a little twitchy at high speed and maybe replacing the P185/65R15 with H rated P195/60R15 will improve that.

I like it

An inexpensive sturdy little car without a lot of bells and whistles to break and cause trouble. Drives easily, not a lot of power, good for young drivers, Mom, Grandma and Grandpa,. Not the best for heavy freeway traffic. Great for zipping around the neighborhood and picking up the kids.

Favorite Car

Have had this vehicle for 2 years (Cheapest automatic model SE) and has about 38,000 miles on it and have not had a single issue. For the price ($11,900 with 18,000 miles bought before covid raised car prices) it has a really nice exterior. Accents I've always thought missed that until this generation. Also, gas mileage is consistently 40 mpg +. Interior is basic (no arm rest, no auto headlights, no android auto, no blind spot, lane detection, voice Bluetooth) but... everything it does have works to perfection. Backup camera is clear and has steering lanes that show where you will turn into. Also has really good power for the price. The 0-30 is really fast! Like I have rented their Tucson and I feel more power in the accent. This is also the last year before they changed it to CVT. I absolutely love this car and it is my favorite car to drive.

Very quick with the process

Very helpful with everything.my salesman was the best he really did surpass my expectations he made the whole process on my 2019 accent . He help guide us threw the paperwork and explain the numbers very well. I love my car!!!

Excellent Vehicle, Sure to Last

I've had only minor issues with vehicle, some weird noises. Car runs phenomenal, gas mileage is superb, overall quality, price, mileage, warranty is above and beyond expectations. Vehicle has decent pickup when on normal mode, awesome pickup on sport mode. Engine is as quiet as if not even on, can barely hear it on outside of vehicle as well. Engine runs beautifully.

Love my little Accent

When I drove up to Imperial Cars to trade in my Ford Focus I was ready to get rid of the heap of recalls that came with it. I had bought it in Florida and hated it almost the second I drove off the lot. My Accent is a different story. I loved it at first sight. While the sound system-blue tooth connection is the only thing to challenge me, I enjoy driving it so much more than the Focus. I feel safer.

Great elegant

This car runs very smooth and looks like a fancy car, great headlights and heated seats, a plus. I’ve been a Hyundai driver for years now and never gotten into issues so far. My dad had a 1998 Elantra for seven years then passed it to me, that lasted 7 winter and worked in the snow really well.

Hyundai

I have had several different Hyundais before. Each time I trade one in, I like the new one better. I also like the idea of getting several oil changes for free and tire rotations. Being by myself it is nice to be able to count on a newer vehicle without a lot of issues.

My new 2019 Hyundai Accent was a delight to drive from day one. It handles nicely and especially so in snowy Buffalo winters. Everything within the interior is compactly placed and easily accessible - I really appreciate the eyeglass storage compartment above the rearview mirror - (a minor detail, but nice to have). Fun car to drive!!!

I have driven my Accent for over three years and have enjoyed it. It has been a great car for me and gets excellent gas mileage(35+ MPG on the Interstate at 70 MPH). My grandson has his eyes in it if I ever decide to sell it.

Can't go wrong with a Hyundai Accent

I really like that my car is a comfortable ride, for both driver and all passengers. Even those in the back seat have room. The mileage is outstanding. When I travel, I am getting 50+ miles per gallon! I had hoped I would get as good of gas mileage as my 02 Accent, which was 40 MPG..my 19 Accent surpasses that hope. Eventhough my 19 Accent came with backup camera, cruise control, electric doors/windows and trunk release plus key fob with auto door unlock/lock, trunk opener, and alarm, the price difference between my 02 and 19 was just a couple thousand dollars!

Awesome Accent

Love this little car with incredible mileage, sleek look, and smooth ride. The black paint was sharp and the grill made it somewhat sporty. The room inside was enough for a compact car. My trade in was bought before I even drove my Santa Cruz off the lot.

No more stress

Since I bought this car my stress level has gone to zero due to having a reliable, safe, vehicle. The gas mileage is unbelievable. I’m constantly amazed by it and tell everyone who will listen. I went to look at a used Hyundai and they gave me a better deal on buying a new one for less and only 43 miles on it.

I enjoy my Accent, Great gas mileage. Good looking Car Very reliable Easy to maintain, Ease of getting car serviced at Dealership CAR is VERY roomy, Radio Quality is great. A very large trunk, even larger than my Toyota Corolla.

Adequite Accent

It's an adequite sporty looking vehicle used for everyday transportation. I was looking for an economical ride that would be inexpensive to maintain, my reason for every vehicle that I've owned, and this fit the bill. I purchased my 2019 Accent in February of 2020 and the deal was perfect.
