Disappointed

Low profile tires wear badly. Constant flat tires. Leather interior poor quality. Poor paint quality. Bluetooth loses signal.

Love the car; hate the driver's seat

Love every aspect of the car, but hate the driver's seat. Owned many cars over 62 years of driving, and this car has the most uncomfortable driver's seat I have ever encountered. I long for the seat in my previous car, a Honda Fit.

lease

Vehicle is not strong enough. It is made of bad quality plastic and is not secure. any impact damages the outside. It is too expensive for the value and the quality. Wanted to return it after the first year but I am locked into a 3year lease. This was a bad bad decision

Not Just Good Looks

My second Azera. Overall a 9 of 10. Good value and not service prone. Nice power and transmission. Would allow steering column adjustments more range and improve rear window vision. Would buy another when needed.

poor insulation, that allows for too much road noise.(really BAD).

I Really enjoy my Azera except for the poor road noise insulation. I previously owned a 2008 Azera, it had a much better road noise insulation. Is that because the 2015 model is no longer the TOP of line ? I can't believe that Hyundai would purposely make a lesser automobile just because it no longer is the TOP of the line. Wouldn't it be MUCH better to continue to IMPROVE the model, instead of lessoning the model ?? (so that the too new TOP of the line models would seem better) I wonder why Hyundai NEVER advertises the AZERA ? Is Hyundai embarrassed by the Azera ?? I would REALLY like to receive an answer to my questions. THANK YOU.

Almost a 5!!!!

The car does very well long distance great gas mileage. Powerful handles road well. However my air condition never goes off... even if I press off. And the paint chips and rust and I live in the southern states. But performance is great!

Suggestion

I love the Azera, but the GPS system needs updating. It appears that it took me to my destination to the Ft. Lauderdale Ports easily on my first visit, but going to the same destination a year later wanted to take me 2 hours out of my way. When I took my car in for service, no problem could be found, but it was suggested that I pay for update software to keep this current. Why, this was a previous destination with no route changes. I felt I paid for service and received nothing in return. Another problem I'm having with the GPS is that it is constantly giving me a longer route to my destination by using Rt. 41 rather than the expressway, even when I'm on the expressway, it guides me back to Rt.41 and I can't change it. Suggestion: Why can't O'brien or Hyundai provide a cable/software to plug into my computer to update the GPS periodically?
