Love it,

I researched all of the hatchbacks out there for under $20,000 and it had the best features of them all. It has been a great car and I have driven on several long road trips. It has a comfortable ride and a lot of pickup.

Best decision I’ve ever made

Absolutely in love with my car. High recommend this car to anyone that doesn’t want to spend a lot of money on gas, and still ride fast with style. My tank lasts me about a week and a half. Sometimes more.

GT stands for grand touring in that sense this car is great. shifts smooth handles great from flat out in the straights or corner carving. But it is short on storage compartments inside. the console is a tad small and the doors

Love this car

I just like the car. It makes me happy. It’s fun to drive and easy to handle. Everything is accessible. It fits my personality. I like the comfort, the style. The trunk is roomy and easy to put my groceries in and out. The backseat can accommodate three of my friends and it’s easy to get in and out of it.

A joy to drive and to own, particularly a red one with black leather seats..

I find that the more I drive my GT Sport (over a year now), the more attached I become to its numerous and unique features, the most important being its manual transmission, turbo charger and back-up camera. In addition to being peppy and stylish, it also attains very respectable lean gas mileage. Driving it never gets old, and I suspect it never will.

Subpar city mileage and constant wind noise

Fun to drive, and good highway mileage, but numerous issues. Two weeks after purchasing the car, the seal on the front window began lifting and they had to take the car for about a week while Hyundai engineers looked at the issue. If you get a quarter-glass panel broken by someone, no dealers or mechanics have this model in stock. Quite a wait for a new one to come in. The front driver and passenger windows occasionally start sliding down while driving. There is constant wind noise over 50mph from the seal between the door and frame. Brakes feel quite soft, even brand new.

Great Vehicle

I love my new Hyundai. Best of all, I love the MPG's it gets. It gets more than what it says it does. It handles well and I enjoy having the hatchback. Looks good too. I've already taken it on several short trips and it is comfortable as well.

Great car!

I love my Elantra GT. Make a V8 rear wheel drive station wagon or hatchback. At the very least an all wheel drive 300+hp hatch or wagon, but preferably rear wheel drive. I'm only filling this up because you require it.

great car for the price

10 year 100 thousand mile warranty is what got my attention and then the reasonable pricing couldn't say NO only big down side I have found is that it has NO POWER but good gas mileage only have put 3k on the car but enjoying it and can't wait to put way more on it to see if my next car will be another Hyundai!

Great car all around

Very happy with the car overall. Nice looking and fun to drive! Always thought a hatch back was too small, but this one has plenty of room and has a lot of pep to it, especially in sport mode! I would definitely recommend it.

Love this little thing

Liked it when purchased, learned to love it. Badly needed a reliable vehicle. Bought cuz of rebates. The US needs more hatchbacks/wagons, SUV's on the road is getting a bit ridiculous, most not needed.

Comfort, Simplicity, Class and Sportiness

From the minute you shut the door it is evident that it is well made... and then driving it takes you to entirely different level. Comfort, simplicity and ride quality become front and center. The seats are extremely comfortable and highly adjustable with adjustable lumbar support. Everything is at your fingertips with no extra thought involved. Driving on down the road, you notice that it is stiff but handles bumps extremely well and with no creaks or pops anywhere in sight.
