Great Value, Fuel Efficiency, Comfort, Roominess. Beats Corolla in all

We love our 2025 Hyundai Elantra Blue hybrid (entry-level model). We first bought a new 2025 Toyota Corolla LE hybrid (entry-level model). That was a big mistake. Traded the Corolla in on our Elantra. Should've bought the Elantra first! Elantra Blue hybrid (entry model) is superior over Corolla LE hybrid (entry model) in many ways, including: comfort, mpg (up to 62mpg hwy), roominess (both front & back), tech items, design, wheels, even better intermittent wiper settings (Elantra has 5 intermittent setting speeds, Corolla has only one), AND PRICE!

Top tier Elantra offers a wealth of features and fantastic value!

While the current generation Elantra is getting a little stale, the top tier Hybrid Limited model still has a lot to offer. A plethora of convenience and premium features really make this trim level stand out, and the fuel economy is fantastic. The car is quite handsome with great color choices, and the added value of lifetime Bluelink and a 10 year warranty are unbeatable in the market. It is definitely worth considering in the compact segment and in many measurements, offers even more space than full size sedans.

My Elantra Hybrid

So far I would rate my Elantra Hybrid as a 4 1/2. It has many of the same features as my previous vehicle—a 2022 Ioniq 5. I especially like the steering wheel that vibrates when another car is in a lane to my right or left and I have my turn signal on and also showing a visual warning on the driver’s display panel. I also like the idea of Internet connectivity which I did not have on the Ioniq 5. In addition, the display panels are easy to read and understand.

Trumbull Blue Elantra Hybrid Review

The car is great. The main issue I have is that as I accelerate up a hill in a low gear, the RPM's really jump and the car makes a loud noise like it is being gunned to get up the hill. I have to gently press the gas peddle and the car very slowly moves forward to avoid this. Also, don't care for the handle between the passenger seat and the console.

Good vehicle, but a lot of rattles

It's a nice vehicle but there's always a new rattle somewhere. Door panels, multimedia screen, basically anywhere with plastics.

I miss the hatchback feature I had on the Ionic hybrid. Ionic is electric only and elantra does not have hatchback

Maybe a SEL, but it doesn't seem Limited.

When purchasing the 2025 Elantra Hybrid Limited, we assumed it would come with all the Limited features of our 2024 Tucson Limited plus even more since it was a newer model. We were wrong as we have much less features (i.e. no heated seats, no heated steering wheel, no surround camera system, and much more is missing.) It was also very disappointing to see that Android Auto Wireless was again left off this model despite being advertised as one of the models that had it. There is also less room for phones to be plugged in to the regular Android Auto especially if you are using the cup holders. All around, a bad design decision. The two major cabin features that are terrible are the rail that blocks the passenger from getting to the phone charger and partially blocks them from the cup holder. The other flaw is the left side of the steering wheel on the dash where there is an odd circle pattern on it. It looks hideous and there is no way to remove it. The good thing on this car is the vast fuel economy. We are getting about 55 mpg in the warm months and it is great.

Love it in town. Dissatisfied over sixty miles an hour

I did not take the car onto the freeway to test, and New Mexico is a 80 mile an hour state.. Luckily, I have a palisade. For freeway trips so I'll only be using in our mountaintop town.

Good value. Fun to drive.

Bought the car and drove it from New York State to Utah. Mileage was great and it even had enough umph to tackle some mountain roads. Unfortunately, cruise control does not hold well on the long hills going both up and down. And the driver attention warning system is crap, telling me at least 20 times a day to take a break, especially in my first 30 minutes of driving. There are plenty of flaws but it's a decent hybrid for first time buyer.

What is this?

Great car. There are ,however, too many techno screens and features you can't turn off. The pull over and take a break screen is particularly obnoxious and the dealership says it cannot be turned off.
