Great commute car - and sport car - driven normal- it behaves normally- stand on it and the fun begins - it’s very responsive and drives as good as it looks - stunning bucket seats and for those who care - outstanding safety features

Best performance car for under 40K!!

I absolutely love my 2025 Hyundai Elantra N Manual!! My Wife and I already have a 2015 Elantra and love it's reliability, comfort, and superb gas mileage. This new Elantra has is much longer, more solid, and looks amazing, especially in the Performance Blue! I've put over 5,000 loving miles on my N and what really blows me away the high MPG (I avg between 28 & 35 mpg) when driving gingerly and on the opposite spectrum, how confident this incredible Hyundai makes you feel when you push it! The Michelin Pilot 4S tires are extra grippy and when you're carving up a mountain road, you'll want that sticky rubber. The Tech is welcoming! Are a driver, you have so much control over the configuration of not only the steering wheel controls, touch screen technology, but also with the N, the vehicle configuration! From how it handles to how the exhaust sounds! I can't help but grin with the throaty, poppy exhaust notes! Absolute enjoyment!!

Powerful and exciting sport sedan!

This is a turboed sedan producing a LOT of power, and also giving you a LOT of information. If you want a fun daily driver, or a car that can double as a track car, the Elantra N is something you should check out. Seats 5, 0-60 in less than 5 seconds!

An amazing car for the value

It's not a Toyota(sorry), but it's the next best thing, and I'd say in many ways it's better. I am absolutely blown away by what Hyundai has done with their styling, as well as combining that with the overall usability of the vehicle. Against its competitors, the Elantra N makes more sense, not only for it's value, but what it offers as a daily driver. Not only am I happy not to be spending close to $50,000, but the car also does both sport driving as well as daily commuter/taking a road trip combined better than what I would find with any other brand. I'm only recently(as of 2021) a fan of Hyundai. I wouldn't call myself a brand loyalist, however after owning a 2021 Hyundai Elantra SEL as well as now my 2025 Elantra N, I very much feel that Hyundai is the leader right now in the car industry with what's being done. I'd also like to note, user serviceability. I think Hyundai is doing better than most(if not all) brands here, which will keep me purchasing their cars, knowing I can work on my own car once my warranty/service expires. Lastly, I marked repeatability as an 8 since I haven't had the car for many miles yet. I had my previous SEL for 72,000 miles and only experienced an odd issue with the engine thermostat. However the drive train looks very well put together, and I've seen great success with other Hyundai models throughout the years, so I suspect I should be fine with my current car for quite some time. Please keep this stride Hyundai, as this is what I think people really want. Almost all other reviews I've seen for this car from various sources are overwhelmingly positive.

Fun family car for the boys!

I’m gonna be a first time dad very soon. I’ve always wanted to own a fun car, but with the baby on the way, it seemed like it wasn’t gonna happen any time soon. The Elantra N proved me wrong! Nothing but fun, and practical for a family too. Need to take the kid to school? Hop on the N. Wanna have a fun day in a closed track? Hop on the N. Groceries? N. The price point for it is great too, considering everything it offers compared to other cars with the same idea from other competitors.

Best performer for the money on earth.

I am amazed at the performance and feel of the Elantra N! The classic BMW feel is obvious. Couldn’t be happier, and this is coming from a former owner of 3 M3s, a GT350, a 718 Spyder, and a CT5V Blackwing. Crazy.

The perfect attainable dream car. A beast on the track and the road

This car is the best value to performance ratio you can get. The exhaust and engine sounds better than any other 4cyl on the market, the pops and bangs give it so much more personality than it's competitors. Everytime I get into this car I have to pinch myself to remind myself I'm not dreaming. The warranty was also a huge part of my purchasing decision. I have been a lifelong diehard Honda guy through and through. I've only ever had Honda's and I maintain them the same way I would a Ferrari or collector's car, so they always last and look great over the years. I intend on doing the same with this car. My only small gripes are 1. The pain is WAY too thin and sensitive. No matter what microfiber I use, it will leave microscratches. I've purchased the most expensive non scratch one's on the market and they still scratch this paint. Simply closing the door and placing your hand on the paint will leave micro marring and scratches. This combined with the numerous piano black trim pieces make me afraid to touch the car! I had to shell out $1,500 to get the front end and the rear wing PPF'd for peace of mind... which I did not like. 2. The DCT is...loud. It clatters and clanks constantly and I even brought it in to the dealership fearing something was really wrong with it. This is my first DCT so perhaps coming from traditional automatics it will take getting used to but I'm at 2,500 miles now and it still irks me so much. I have resorted to just having music on while I drive so I don't hear it, as the transmission functions perfectly fine. I do worry about it breaking in the near future, but the warranty helps give me some peace of mind. I do wish it came with performance all season tires instead of the summer only tires because along with the PPF it's another large expense you'll need to incur if you leave anywhere that has winter. I absolutely love my intense blue color with the red trim. The light blue stiches on the seat are unreal. Overall this car punches way above its weight class and is absolutely, my dream car. I'm so grateful to have it.

Great fun to drive with the practicality/affordability of a 4 door

I love it, but it's not perfect. A check engine light at 2500 miles is skewing my opinion of the car, but besides that I'm not sure if this is for everyone. With that said, what's great about it is you can turn it into a track monster OR leave it in Standard or Comfort mode and it really behaves itself quite well.

Incredible performance at a great price

This car can do it all. It can be a comfortable daily cruiser with room for 2 car seats and 30+ mpg. Or an absolute riot with 276 hp, sticky tires, and an engine that revs to the moon. You pick.
