It's not that great.

Well the front is a pain in the rear, it is too dang low, you cannot see the hood. And there are blind spots because of the windshield side post. Also the tires are in the yellow zone and there is only 15,000. Miles. CHEAP HANCOOK TIRES, "I mean really". How cheap can you get? It is very good on gas, the suspension does NOT hold the road. We will not repeat this car ever. And just maybe we will search for a different company.

Shuts off

The 2016 Elantra does not have a smooth trackle. 95% of the time when the car is started it feels as if it's going to shut off. It has shut off on me once because I did not give it gas while in park. I'm hoping my new "car" don't shut off when I'm miles away from home.

Hyundai Elantra SE

I really do love this car. Tires were bad before 30,000. I was told by one of your service techs that those tires were so bad they discontinued them. Also, you must use the cheapest shocks ever made because the smallest of bumps makes it feel like I am driving over boulders. There is no comfort and the ride is not smooth.. Everything else is wonderful!! New tires definately made it better but you may want to rethink your shocks and struts.

hyundai Elantra

I am so disappointed with this car. I bought it brand new. the 1st year I had a blow out in a tire and found out that hyundai's don't even have a spare. I get oil changes etc...when needed. So, 1 year and 26,000 miles later the compressor for the air conditioning dies. The car is 2 years old. The cost would have been approx. $1,000 I just wonder what is going to happen next Not to mention the regular maintenance, I also put 4 brand new tires on the car.

You get what you pay for. Okay car, I HATE driving it in heavy rain /snowy conditions. Poor handling. Otherwise its fine.

2016 Certified Pre Owned Elantra

We purchased this car from Centennial Hyundai which was a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle and only one year old when we bought it in Dec of 2016. The dealership ran the Carfax report and said the car had never been in an accident. Come to discover, it had been because the drivers door had been repainted. So someone isn't telling the whole truth. Of course it is too late now, but we felt like we were lied to. Overall it is a good car and gets great gas mileage.

Hyundai Elantra gt

The 2016 Hyundai Elantra leaves a lot to be desired. I had a 2014 Elantra gt with standard fog lights . 2016 they were deleted. Now that's progress. Lower price remove standard equipment. That's sad. Headlights are substandard. I drive with my high beams. Really really sad and dangerous to boot.

Its a good little car however it has a very very low resale value. I currently owe more on the car than what its worth in trade in value. If you are planning on driving this car until the wheels fall off, than its a good value. However, if you are planning on short term ownership, try and get out of it as soon as possible. That is one of the reason for the three stars. I was the first titled owner of this car.

Good value for its price

Reasonably equipped. Ride might tough. Power is not really there if you're on a road trip. You might need a vehicle that's a bit higher above the ground when it's raining or snowing!

In all my elantras this one gave me more trouble than the others i have had my ac going out in less than 2 yrs and i was 15000 over waranty and now going to be out 2000. Stinks.

It’s ok

My car is alright for it being a standard edition i personally should have shopped around more and gotten other features because it is a plain Jane car. My only complaint is the seats are horrible anything possible can stick to them and the material doesn’t dry properly so if you have children i do not reccomend this model.

Sorry, just an average dependable car. Going for a more modern one next time.

This model is just a plain jane car, and I really can't say a lot yeah or nah. Dependable, but plain vanilla. You do get what you pay for and next time, I will step up the scale for a car with more bells and whistles.
