Hyundai SERVICE SUCKS

Great car ,no service and Hyundai USA could care less OK if you never have a problem I traded my 2021 ELANTRA Nline because the fit and finish was just terrible with just 13000 miles on it P.S. it takes over a month to get an oil change when it’s out of warranty I’ll be taking it to anyone other than Hyundai service

I regret doing business with this company. Horrible experience at all levels, from Hyundai finance to dealership, service. Bad quality of cars, worst service experience. Rude staff, overall awful experience

Great for the buck

A little less noise would be grand, fuel economy is terrific, driving 500 miles after a broken tailbone, shows the level of comfort in the seats. Visibility and traffic alerts are very helpful, rear view camera has great field of view

Worthless Warranty

I say worthless warranty because the warranty is only as good as the repairs to execute it and when the repairs fail to cure the problem and the first failure is after just a few thousand miles and the issues continue on and off and when the dealership is not equipped to properly diagnose the issue so a repair can't be attempted and thus not considered a lemon even though it's a lemon... what more can I say... I was stranded early and often by this car abd had to trade it to get rid of it and did NOT get my money's worth. Never again

Great car to drive. Handles well. Looks great. Dealership makes it easy to have maintaince done. Purchasing was relatively painless. Hyundai keeps you informed of updates and recall items making repairs quite easy to be performed.

First new car i ever bought, loved the car so much i have purchased two new 2023 versions since. I would still have the 2021 if it weren’t for a collision with a deer but i love the upgrades in my 2023 Elantra Limited so i’m not upset about it.

PEELING PAINT!!

Other than the paint peeling off, I like my car. The car handles well. I like it's overall design. The one major problem with the vehicle is the paint that has been peeling off almost as soon as i started driving it. Also the lack of the dealerships willingness to to fix the problem!

Overall satisfactory investment with some draw backs with maintenance

Overall I think this is a great purchase but dealship makes it hard to keep routine vehicle maintenance due to scare availability of appointments and convenience of locations currently in my opinion.

Great vehicle

Great Vechile

Great Vehicle. I can complaints about the style,. It was not listed on your type Elantra, It is the Elantra N-line. People have to tendency to want race me when they pull up next to me. Particularly the muscle 8 cylinder Vehicles.

All of the bells and whistles and comfortability at a fraction of the price

This car has been worth every penny! I purchased it when I was 20 years old and had driven two different vehicles since I began driving due to a lack of reliability and high maintenance costs. But since purchasing my Hyundai, I have never worried about my safety or the health of my vehicle. As a college student, the price point was simply unmatched especially when considering all of the features of the car that contribute to a comfortable driving experience. Definitely could not recommend it more for a starter vehicle!

Anazing

This car is quite amazing especially if you like a fast car that handles really good. It also has a smooth riding to it too. Which works great as my mother had back issues and she hardly feels any dips or bumps.

Better than I thought

Very happy with my purchase. The sound system, gas mileage and digital features have far exceeded my expectations. The only negative was the very low-quality tires that came with the purchase of this car. I had to replace them before 20k miles. Other than that, it has been the best car I've ever owned.

It’s a nice driving vehicle and we enjoy it

This is the second Hyundai ELANTRA we have had my wife really enjoys the car. I enjoy driving the car. We enjoy the comfort and the reliability of it and the gas mileage is excellent. if there is one thing in the interior seats that I could change would be a little more padding in the seats for comfort.

Poorly

I received an email asking to have my car checked for the belt, I have taken it on different occasions and it should have worked but now I received another email asking to take it again for the same issue, the leak through the front windows, how long it takes to take effect to the weather etc. I want to complain Why do I make an effort to pay for a new car and how is it possible that I spend hours at the dealer? fixing a car that you should have sold me in excellent condition, I am very sad and disappointed in this purchase, I would never recommend you.

Two years later and still no back-up camera

The backup camera still does not work. The dealer claims a parts shortage, but if Hyundai is building new cars with the camera, they can spare one for a car they already sold. Next time I won't buy a Hyundai.

Still no backup camera 2 years later

Two years after purchase, the dealer hasn't provided a working backup camera, claiming a parts shortage; but Hyundai gets plenty of cameras to install in new cars. This means they are prioritizing new cars instead of fixing the cars they already sold.

Leased Elantras since 2012 but this year I purchased the 2023 Elantra Hybrid

I've leased a Hyundai Elantra since 2012 replacing it with a newer year every three years but this year, because of it's excellent design and that it is available as a hybrid I decided to purchase the 2023 Elantra Limited Hybrid. I'm delighted with it in every way.

Overall I love my Elantra. It’s stylish, classy, dependable and a great vehicle for the price. I’ve gotten many compliments on it. Was told it would get 48 MPG Highway and have exceeded that estimate.
