Disappointed

I had pay to $1000 within the first 30 days because I was told a rock put a hole in the AC condenser and the air conditioner went out. The Manager told me it's man made and mistakes happens. I was also told that the vehicle came with Bluelink. Well, after a week and no Bluelink, I was told that vehicle didn't actually come with Bluelink.

Wish I could take it back

The body is sleek and fabulous but the car’s engine stalls before shifting to a higher speed and the cooling system burns gas so fast which means I'm not looking to winter . It’s not equipped with SiriusXM nor blue link which I told it had.

Horrible electronics

It beeps, it whistles, it makes all kinds of noise. Each time my eyes come off the road causing danger to figure out why. It's nonsense. I have to go on a 1/4 mile gravel road to my house. I get 2-3 messages about taking a break. I spend minutes trying to find radio preselects while I should be watching the road. Second and now last Hyundai

not happy

I do not like this vehicle because the safety features are too sensitive and it's frustrating. Yes, I know that I can turn them off but what is the point of having them then?? I had a 2019 ford fusion before this with all the same safety features and it was much better. The beeping on the blind spot detector is annoying because it beeps as soon as I turn the blinker on when I know there is a car there. The feature should allow for the light to stay on the side mirror and the sound to be shut off. The "take a break (coffee symbol)" comes on way too frequently. This feature was in my old car and it rarely ever came up. The lane assist is too sensitive. I turned it on to try to avoid the "take a break (coffee symbol)" and when I had to slightly move over in my lane because an 18 wheeler was next to me it tries to push me into the lane. it also tells me to put my hands on the steering wheel when they already are. These features are more distracting than safe. Also, apple car play should be wireless. I do not care about wireless charging. The charger is also slow. ALSO- it beeps to quickly for the passenger to put their seatbelt on. There should be a 10 second grace period before beeping. Upon reading online reviews I see other people are frustrated with these same features as well and I wish I did more research before leasing this vehicle because I am now stuck with it for the next 3 years.

The seats are very uncomfortable. I like that' is roomy, it doesn't even have navigation it sucks with all it is packing for the price

Not a happy customer

Regret buying this car. When test driving it was fine but once driving daily it’s not that good. It rides rough and doesn’t have any get up & go. The RPMs goes up when I let off the gas to slow down. When driving long distance it’s not very comfortable.

We agreed on 3.9% for 60 months but after we received paperwork it was 3.9% for 72 months the sales person went back and forth from us to I assume management with different paperwork we were willing to walk it was late on a Saturday evening the sales man returnd with the offer from a sheet that was mailed to us with the said offer I was showed what I thought was 3.9% for 60 months but after the sale we got paperwork that was 3.9% for 72 months this issue has not be resolved and we are not happy I was contacted by management and was showed a photo the offer of 3.9% for 72 months which I told the sales person and I believe the sales manager that not what I agreed too I said we were leaving that was aprox 8:30 pm the sales person came back and said they would agree to the 3.9% they preped the car it was nearly 9pm when received the paperwork the interest rate was 3.9% at 72 months why would I agree to these terms when at the point in time they showed my FIca at 813 my wife at 696 we will not be purchasing another Hyundia we feel we were taken advantage after we have purchased Hyundia for more that 24 years and Hyundai has made plenty of money from us you can look at our sales in the past 24 years why would we continue we won't

Lots of things that add up that makes the build quality poor.

I love the car and all but the build quality and such is not very appealing. The front bumper is sagging about half an inch and came like that from factory since I got my car brand new. And the worst part was I couldn’t even try to get it fixed at the Hyundai dealership since they said there’s nothing broken to be fixed on the bumper, but I’ve seen other Elantras that don’t have the issue mine has. As well as I notice rattling noise when I’m accelerating and the noises come from like the left side driver side. lastly there’s a belt squeaking sound when I turn on the car at times, and after I drive then it goes away. One more thing to note when I engage revere I hear this like clanking sound or when I go on drive to accelerate I hear it but less, it just sounds like the something might give out down the line.

Brand new car with problem

I got this car brand new and 1 week in it was giving me issues . The air vents are always blowing out hot air even though you're not using the heat . Brought it to service and it end up having a problem they can't fix .

Vehicle is too low......All plastic...no steel.....Cracks when a curb is hit or drags on speed bumps..... Can't adjust dash board settings.....Can't figure out how to program dash.....Service people say I need to talk to my salesman! Really????

The car was not what I thought it would be.... very disappointing

Since the vehicle was new. I thought it would be a lot better in the winter season. But it is definitely not... My old 2009 Hyundai accent was better. I don't know if it was because of the crappy tires that came with it or it is just bad! And I was not able to get the Hyundai discount of being a return buyer because my original car was too old..
