Hyundai Entourage--takes a lickin',but still keeps tickin'!

After more than 200,000 miles and a lot of great service from Columbia, I still think it is the most comfortable and dependable Mini-van on the road! I will never understand why they quit making it!

The champion

l own more then seven differents mini vans in my life and my wish is that Hyundai make a comeback of the Entourage in order to make it my # 9 family van. We love it.

Great car for just about everything

I love my Entourage. I love the fold down 3rd row seating and the fold-up/removable 2nd row seating. The resulting storage area can accommodate a 4'x8' sheet of material. With seats installed there is plenty of room for everybody. The dual temperature controls are great as well as the seat warmers. MPG on the highway is 22. Vehicle has been quite reliable. There is lots of storage up front for odds and ends. The hood is counterbalanced which is also nice. TPMS on the wheels is a big help. In all lots of great features.

The best car I have ever owned.

My 2007 Hyundai Entourage SE is absolutely a great car. Now have 140,000+ miles with no major problems. A pure joy to drive. Drives like a sports car. Very powerful. The microfiber upholstered seats will beat any leather seat for comfort on a long trip. Love the ratcheting armrest, The sunglasses case, the folding hook to loop the grocery sack over and keep the milk from spilling on the way home, the auto/manual shifter, the captains chairs and just about everything about this car except the road noise. The gas mileage could be better 16-17 town and 20-22 highway at 75-78 mph. Great for hauling, plenty of room. If they still made this car I would buy a new one today.

Our Entourages

We were so impressed with our first Entourage that we purchased a second one. I am the only driver but must have a back-up vehicle as I leave for my part-time work just before 4:00am. when public transportation is not running. We are hoping that Hyundai will start building the Entourage again as it is a real winner. At one time at my worksite our Hyundai was the only one in our parking lot and now there are around forty or more.

Enjoying Our Entourage

I bought this vehicle with about 85,000 miles on it and now have 152,000. It has given me no significant engine or transmission problems and has been wonderfully reliable. I do most of my own maintenance, and have found the routine things (oil change, air and cabin filters, plugs, brakes, etc) to be as easily accessible as any other vehicles I have ever owned and significantly easier than several. It is also comfortable and has a spacious feel (though I have never ridden in the very back seats).
