Will never by another.

Insufficient dealers sell the Equus so ability to get service is poor unless you are near a Equus dealer not a hyundai dealer. Emphasis is put on service performance rating more than the actual service so when you give them bad rating they respond poorly rather than trying to resolve problem. Service representative get bonus on these ratings so they will drop a cyst who gives poor ratings rather than resolve what is causing the poor ratings. The vehicle is a ten the service support is a two three at best. I will stress only on Equus not other models

mr

plastic on the door handle and the cover for the electronic antena on the roof get loosed and I had to glue in place this car had only 5800 miles also the clear platic that cover the front main ligths its turning white, blurry a car whith only 5800 miles

I love Mercedes for Equis and I will tell you I have not been disappointed yet for the luxury design and power this car has, You will not be disappointed. Power, luxury, style. Equis drops the mic on this one enjoy!

Good

My Genesis of 2009 and 2015 contained a feature that is not on this Equus. When we stand behind this vehicle we need to open the trunk via the fob it does not open automatically. Also, it seems that the fob key slips out too easily. I will admit that the ride in the car is both smooth and noiseless. My next vehicle will be in the Genesis car family. When my wife and I decide to purchase a new vehicle.

Great car for the money spent. Half the price of my Mercedes and more in it. Ride is good, audio is good, comfortable to drive. Wish it came in 4 wheel drive and it does not drive well in snow. Need 4 wheel drive.

great car......any criticisms that I have (or had) of the 2015 model have been corrected or changed in the 2018 vehicle. For the money it's seems an exceptional value. Everyone that rides in the car is impressed with it.

Finding it level

This car is almost perfect. On my wish list: all wheel drive, larger gas tank, auto breaking and touch screen option. Larger sunfoof and less road noise at highway speeds. Brighter interior lighting would help and rear door shades.

Best of the Bunch

The car is a head turner, its size and road presence and manners are all well received. I love the roominess in front and rear seating areas. the DVD screen would be much better positioned in the center rear seating area. Safety features are very good but would have loved to have auto breaking on this model and AWD option. A larger gas tank would cut down on station visits. less cabin noise at higher speeds is an issue for me.

all seems good except navigation system service in one dealer (Corona CA) is friendly and efficient; however, Riverside is operating at a much less satisfactory manner. not always accommodating or friendly.
